The owner of the nail shop, Linda, was going to do my nails. I asked for SNS dip powder with a tip (fake nail). Linda glued the fake nails onto my real nail, cut them, and when I told her I didn't like the shape, she then got an attitude and RIPPED the fake nails off. This caused my REAL nails to tear underneath. It gets worse... After this, Linda proceeded to tell me that she refused to do my nails. So I left her nail salon with torn nails and without being serviced. HORRIBLE customer service and I will not be going back. I've never had a nail technician be so careless with the health of real nails or be so unprofessional as to refuse service because she did not want to fix the damage she had done. read more

There are better places. Aforementioned, they could use some sprucing up. My massage chair hardly worked. It's was a rushed pedicure. I did get thorough callous removal but only a simple lotion rub in, not really a massage and only one coat of polish. And no clean up of any excess polish. They moved on to the next costumer. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I asked the technician to JUST do the bottom of my eyebrows. No the top and do not trim because I was letting them grow out. She did not listen and when I asked her to stop she swatted my hand away. I told her I wasn't going to pay for the eyebrows obviously. She then tried to charge me extra like o couldn't count. When o declined, she told me that she hope I get in an accident and die leaving there. Shocked is an understatement! She had no clue ghat I was a service member but made it very clear after she wished death on me. And charged me more because my nails are a little longer. And I watched and listened to how she treated other customers and the other tech. Although I agree with other reviews that the salon could use some updating, I've come multiple time with friends and alone and never left displeased. And if anything is wrong, mention it and they will fix it. I've had people here take close care of ingrown toenails and making sure they are fixed. And I've also have had some of the best leg/foot massages here. Prices are also fair. I will continue to come here and I recommend this salon. read more

I came in to get a fill in and a pedicure. There was only 1 person doing pedicures and by time she came to do my feet my water was cold and she rushed through it & did my toes in 5 minutes. For my fill in she rushed through that as well & didn't polish them correctly. And she charged me $57. I felt over charged and I will never return here. read more

I came in with my niece. I am just glad I was getting her nails painted. My experience was painful. The lady rushed through it. She was very rough with my nails. Almost every finger has been bleeding and around outside of nails buffed off into open wounds. I'm so not exaggerating. It hurts to use my hands at all. Dishes, no. Pulling up pants, no. Typing this out, no. They just hurt so bad. I cleaned out the wounds last night, which were super painful. Covered them with Neosporin and hoping they don't get infected. I spent $85 on myself and my niece. Just to be in so much pain and my nails look horrible. Uneven. Dark spots and even a hair very visible inside nails. I could go on and on, but I think I made my point. Will never go there again. I wish everyone had an opportunity to see my fingers right now. Runs customers through like a factory. Only put 1 coat of polish on my toes, used a razor to shave my feet without asking (doing it very hard and fast), cut my cuticles without asking (cutting too deep causing me to bleed on one finger at that, then didn't do anything to stop the bleeding. She not only rushed through my nails but she painted over a previous pink and white gel acrylic that I had gotten done weeks ago so you could see that white line right through them but that's not the worst part ladies and gentlemen! THE WORST PART IS SHE CHARGED ME $35 FOR A SIMPLE ASS FILL WITH NO DESIGN OR ANYTHING EXTRA OF THAT SORT! When I walked out and went to New York and Company I spoke with a young women who was working at the store and she explained to me that I just got RIPPED OFF!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I have been getting manicures and acrylic nails twice a month for the better part of 8 years and I have been to many different nail salons up and down the east coast. I have NEVER been as disappointed as I was with this manicure from Lee Nails in the Sumter Mall today. Needless to say, this was the first time there and it was THE LAST. To start with, the owner was talking on her cell phone on speaker with it rested on her chest when I walked in. The only other worker was sitting with his feet up staring at the wall. I just wanted a simple manicure so I figured for $12, I would go ahead--not even with gel polish. How bad could it be? Oh it can be very bad. Their color wall is full of Walmart brand junk. They have maybe 5 OPI colors that are watered down. I chose a pink that didn't look too bad. The manicure was rushed, the guy left nail polish all over my fingers, and smudged 3 of them leaving a huge hole in one! He got polish all over my cuticles and the tips of my fingers but he neglected to get nail polish on about a third of 2 of my nails. Two other workers walked in while I was sitting there and I watched one leave her headphones on her head while approaching a customer.
