I immediately expressed my surprise to the gentleman at the checkout desk, but he seemed completely uninterested and unbothered. Had pricing been communicated upfront, I would have declined the service and gone elsewhere. The lack of transparency is what made my experience especially frustrating. While the work itself was fine, it simply was not worth the extreme markup they are charging.
