Tell me that ain't a plot twist. Now let's be honest this isn't the Alps. It's not Jackson Hole. It's not gonna humble your soul and steal your lunch money. As far as mountains go? Yeah... she's average. Respectable. Does the job. Like that one buddy who shows up, doesn't complain, but also isn't exactly the life of the party. But here's where Lee Canyon flips the script... It exists. In the desert. Near Vegas. That alone deserves a standing ovation. You've been sweating through casinos, dodging bachelor parties, maybe questioning your life choices and suddenly you're surrounded by pine trees, crisp air, and snow under your boots. It wakes you up. It's like nature slaps you across the face and says, "Hey champ, remember this exists?" The runs? Solid. You can carve, hit a few jumps, mess around in the park, and feel like you got your fix. It's not massive, but it's got enough to keep you entertained especially if you're just trying to sneak in a day on the slopes without committing to a full-blown ski trip. And let's talk vibe... There's something oddly magical about cracking a cold beer with the boys, still in your gear, knowing you're technically in the same region where people are currently losing rent money at blackjack. It adds this weird nostalgia... like you've discovered a hidden level in a video game. Now, if you roll in expecting world-class everything perfect powder, endless terrain, luxury lodge life you might walk away like, "Eh." That's on you. Do your homework. This place isn't pretending to be something it's not. But if you come in with the right mindset? Man... it delivers. Convenience? Elite. Scenery? Beautiful. Experience? Surprisingly awesome. I had a great time at Lee Canyon as a non-skier. My biggest complaint is just price as a local. I understand that pricing is for tourists but genuinely it was very pricey. We had a good time playing games in the lodge, in it paid about $250 for 5 drinks, one flatbread, and some soup. Not bad honestly, except that the flatbread was over $20 and each drink was over $15. Again, understandable for tourist pricing! Our server was an absolute angel, she had glitter on her cheeks and was such a lovely human and took care of us so well. We recently visited Lee Canyon and wanted to share feedback from our experience. While the mountain scenery is beautiful, the overall visit was disappointing. The lodge was extremely overcrowded and messy, and it was very difficult to find an open table to sit and eat. The grill ran out of menu options early in the day, so we went upstairs to order pizza. After placing our order, we searched for seating. Another guest kindly offered us their table as they were leaving, but immediately afterward a server made a rude comment about us to that guest. It was unprofessional and embarrassing. When we finally received our food, the pizza was burnt, which only added to the frustration. The mountain and scenery truly are beautiful, but unfortunately the lodge itself has gone downhill and now feels like a tourist trap. We wish this were a place we could return to and enjoy, but based on this experience, we will not be returning. read more

This is a split review. If you go on a weekday, it's a 4 star experience. During the week, it's much more reasonably priced and way less people. It's a much more enjoyable time but beware there are only 3 main runs not including the rabbit peak. Weekends are unfortunately 1 star. Tourists over run it and they ramp up prices for lift tickets. It is just too small of a resort to support the growing amount of demand. Traffic if you don't time it right is a nightmare as there is only 1 way in and out. Parking is even worse. While it is the closest resort to Las Vegas, depending where you live in the Valley, you are better off driving the extra 3 or so hours to go to Brian Head. read more

A perfect little escape from the usual "Vegas" scene, only about 45 minutes to an hour from The Strip. We arrived around 9:30am on a Wednesday and had no trouble finding parking. The grounds are clean, easy to navigate, and the staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our group split up: some purchased lift tickets for snowboarding, while a few of us stayed upstairs at the bar to eat, drink, and take in the views. The bar team was genuinely cheerful, and even when things got busy, the service stayed friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the Mountain Top Mint hot chocolate--it tastes just like an Andes Mint and is the perfect cozy treat for a snowy day. All in all, such a great experience. My only wish is that they'd bring back the tubing activities! read more

First time mountain biking! Harder than I imagined due to all the rocks on the trail... my fault... I expected dirt I guess. Our guide/instructor was very kind and patient. I crashed twice but didn't hurt myself with all the safety equipment. Rental bikes seemed good. Weather was outstanding and drinks in the patio were so good. Sometimes you have to try something new even if you aren't successful. Fun day away from the Las Vegas heat. read more

Venue, parking, entertainment, attendees, and weather: 5 Stars! Food: 0, 0, 5 Overall: 2.5 Stars so I gave it an overall 3 Stars I haven't been up to Lee Canyon for quite awhile and was grateful to be able to enjoy the cooler fresh air and colour change in the mountains. I loved that they hosted us for free with music to set the mood. It's a nice way to end summer. Since my old skiing days I have noticed some changes that have evolved to keep up with ever changing interests. They have added in some challenging mountain bike trails. We took a Sky Ride and were able to see them madly dashing down the course while taking in breathtaking views of the mountain and into the distance. I was excited to see a Frisbee Golf basket. I don't know if there is an actual course or if that was just a single practice basket. If it was just a single basket, then I am begging the Lee Canyon group to create a course (check out how San Diego did it at Morley Field with their trail changes for the various baskets). They had advertised food trucks, but the only thing I noticed was a group situated outside below the restaurant, making meat only hamburgers. The restaurant also only had mostly meat. They did have one fish dish but it was fried and about $30. I went to the Coffee Shop in hopes of finding some food to eat as I was starving. They were already running out of food, even though it was early in the day. I got an egg and cheese croissant and a café latte with almond milk and a shot of hazelnut. I waited in the second long line for my drink and food order but at least the barista had his act together and had a system to get the drinks out as quickly as possible even though they were busy. The coffee was good. Unfortunately the very simple sandwich not only took forever but I was getting very jittery from the coffee but no food. By the time I got the sandwich my coffee was on the cold side and when I finally sat down to eat it, I realized I was eating the paper that the cheese came on sandwiched between the egg and croissant. Because I was incredibly hungry, and knew that they were all out of food, I didn't take it back and just tried to peel the paper off between the egg and the cheese. I wish they had been better prepared for the amount of people coming that were expecting food trucks, and more of a variety of food, and at least enough food for the amount of people that showed up. My daughter and her fiancé ordered from the hamburger outdoor stand. It took over 45 minutes for their order to be finished. He ordered the hamburger with cheese curd, and he really loved it. She ordered the hamburger with pulled pork, Gouda cheese, bacon, and onion, and jalapeños. Unfortunately, the bun and the contents were beyond dry. She said it was the worst hamburger she had ever had. On a high know note, everyone was very friendly and just wanting to have a good time and accommodating each other in whatever space they were occupying. We loved Lee Canyon! I snowboarded and my partner skied. The slopes were good. There were several areas that were icy, which sucked but that's bc it hadn't snowed enough. We had a blast honestly. I can't complain about the resort, just wish there were more slopes. Obviously it's nothing like Brianhead n stuff, but it'll do for us locals! I don't know how much we paid for the whole day, but it's usually way affordable during the weekdays. Def try it out! read more

Such a beautiful spot to escape the city and enjoy some fresh mountain air! Have been coming up here for skiing and recently the first free summer country concert at the end of August 2025, which was a blast! There are a variety of eateries onsite, with alcoholic drinks, bar kinda food, and coffee house options. All prices are a bit high, but you're somewhere beautiful. Service was hit or miss at the onsite eateries, lift, or the store to buy ski apparel from. Being out in nature and the views will keep me coming back here. read more

There really is snow in Las Vegas. Lee Canyon is a destination spot not too far from Vegas and during winter, we have snowwww. This place gets so popular during winter that sometimes there's overcrowding and the roads will shut down so be prepared to be turned around. If there's ice and snow, best to have snow chains if you don't have AWD and cat liter to help your tires get some traction. Be sure to get a lift pass before heading down too. They do have wifi and restaurants at the base of the ski lift. Don't feel like you're confined at Lee Canyon, go where it's safe to be. read more

We were looking for a place with snow to let our pup play in it for his first time. Decided on Lee Canyon after checking out the website. We didn't find any place to park that had snow. We ended up entering a picnic area that cost $20 for the day. It had snow and Beau got to run with my husband and play in the snow. The pros are/were snow and no one else around. Cons were cost to park in the picnic area. Were all the snow was, no parking, & the restrooms were very clean. Still had great time. read more

We're so lucky to have these mountains only an hour away from Vegas. You can ski and snowboard here. Kids under 12 get to ski for free and the kids in our family can't get enough. If you don't ski or snowboard you can come up to ride a lift, enjoy a meal or drink, or just take in the beautiful scenery. It's also great to escape up here in the Summer since the temperature is significantly lower than it is in the valley. read more

Due to misinformation from multiple Lee Canyon customer service staff members, we were sent to the wrong location and were unable to use services we had already paid for. We spent approximately $600 on private lessons, lift tickets, and equipment rentals for four kids. After waiting over two hours in the cold, we never received our equipment rentals and were unable to use our scheduled 3-hour private lessons. This was not a weather issue or a change on our end--it was the direct result of incorrect guidance from staff. The lack of consistent staff training and poor coordination between customer service, rentals and instructors/lessons made this a preventable failure. Given that the services were not delivered, a refund is warranted. I hope management addresses this so other families do not have the same experience. We have receipts, timestamps, and staff names available and are happy to provide them upon request. read more

This review is for Monday 12/29/25. I have never experienced such a disorganized business. The ski rental process starts online and must be done the night before to get the early pickup times. I did not know this and drove out the ski rental location and stood on line about 15 minutes to be told no walk ups only online. I started the online reservation process around 8:30 am the earliest pickup time was 11:00 am. Arrived at pickup station "#1 check-in" and stood in line at about 10:45 am. It was 11:15 am before I got in the door for clerk to look up my reservation. It was almost noon before I got on the snow. So very sad. Rent your skis somewhere else before you get here. Avoid the long lines and slow service. read more

Just wanted to say that I still think this place is great! Came here for the start of the season. Their lift ticket deals are really good. Even got a private lesson for $150 (you can add up to 4 people for no additional charge). Our instructor, Dave, was the best. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great. I would highly recommend taking lessons from him!! This place is definitely great for beginners to learn or to even just chill in their restaurant area. The staff is pretty nice and parking is easy. This has been my home mountain for 4 seasons now and it's literally my happy place in Vegas. The staff are always incredibly friendly and willing to go above and beyond whenever they can. The regulars are the homies and you can't really beat a mountain less than an hour drive from VEGAS of all places. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend !!!! A lady name, EBONY BROWN who is working at the lift has a mental issue and should not have been hired even though it is a seasonal job with minimum wage. My boy is a beginner in snowboarding and he was humiliated and retaliated in front of hundreds of skier and snowboarders. He failed to got on the lift which could happened to every first timer. But when that happened, she screamed like crazy "go back to the line" "not there, go back to the end of line". What the hell!! My son was so embarrassed and started to walked toward the end of the line but one of the nice skiers saw the incident and kind enough gave him a space in front of him. I was upset and asked her name but she wouldn't give it to me (she knew that she did something wrong too) but laughed at me(while all other staffs wore name tags but not her). I know there are mostly tourists in this ski resort since this is near Las Vegas but i don't think my boy does not deserve this retaliation and humiliation from any staff in the resort. Hey readers! Skiing is often missed during summer and heading to the slopes is not only a journey but a financial burden to many. But if you want a reasonably priced skiing trip during the winter while in the Las Vegas area, I'd say, Lee Canyon is the way to go. The whole package including skis, rentals for the shoes and poles, head gear and lift tickets are about $150 or less, depending on what you bring to your trip. It's a small ski resort and often only available during the short winter in the LAs Vegas, Nevada area. When there's a limited snow fall, they use powder but when it's snowing, this ski resort is heaven and divine. Hot drinks are very reasonably priced and burgers etc., are always available too. It's not crowded and the drive from the Las Vegas area is as clean and free as possible. They have plenty of nice and kind staff members who monitor and sustain public safety and skiers. Public safety is also their main goal and all their ski patrols are spread all over the resort during the skiing landscape. We enjoyed the ski trip and hopefully will be back to be here again. They close at 4 PM so be aware to enjoy the skiing before they close. read more

First but definitely not the last time here! Our son got married here and they used rented out the lodge for the evening. It exceeded our expectations for sure. Their reception-banquet room itself was wide open with super tall windows allowing the breath taking views be the decor. Their wedding coordinator (I think her name was Emily) was on top of it all night! She put out the decorations the bride brought and did a great job. She guided everyone to head out to the outdoor ceremony spot, got the reception started right after the ceremony, cut the cake and was there till the very end of the reception. Our bartender was on her game! She was friendly, quick with service and handled the crowd all on her own. A possible downside was the bathroom was downstairs but there was an elevator available for those who can't traverse the stairs multiple times. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this spot for anyone who wants to rent out this space for a special occasion. read more

Wonderful ski area, so close to the city and an easy drive. There's something for all ages and ski levels. I discovered Nastar racing which is free and open to all interested on Sundays starting at 9 am during the season. Getting back into skiing after a long break, it was great to find such encouragement. Everybody there is so nice. There's a meditative feel to skiing in a wonderful natural setting. I'm especially thankful to Kenny Bott, who goes above and beyond and is so helpful (and a super skier). Highly recommend giving it a try no matter your age or skill level. read more

This was our 1st visit to Lee Canyon Ski Resort - here's the conclusion for the 3 stars review. *Parking - we got there at 8 am - no issues. *Kiosk - I had my email ready and scanned the QR. No issues. *Ticket window - because we arrived before the chair lift opened - I had the opportunity to people watch - ONE guest service attendant. Each transaction took a minimum of 3-4 mins sometimes longer - it was painful just watching. *Shop - I was looking to buy goggles - I saw 1 cashier helping customers in line - 2 staff just standing but did not to offer to help. I asked the cashier to see the goggles in the locked case. She was very helpful and if all staff were clone like her - I would have given more stars. *Bighorn Grill - this is where it went downhill- I stepped inside at 9:30 am to check out their menu. The restaurant was not clean. My guess is no one took the time to clean from the previous day. Tables were dirty - napkins on the tables and floor. Finally - it was lunch time - similar to the ticket window - there was only ONE cashier taking orders. She was nice but she had limited knowledge of the menus. Overall wait from order to getting our food was nearly an hour. I ordered the sample platter and the chicken wings were cold. We also ordered a Burger - which came out separately - long after getting the sample platter. However - Staff were nice to redo the wings. Another party before me also took back their fries - for the same reason - it was cold. These were resort food prices - quality were far below. I had a very disappointing experience at Lee Canyon Ski Resort due to the behavior of a staff member named John Bartusks. When we went to the First Aid room, he yelled at me aggressively as im a criminal. His tone was hostile and unprofessional, and he even threw items down in front of me while speaking, which felt intimidating and upsetting. At one point, he appeared to lose his temper entirely. I calmly told him that his attitude was inappropriate and that I intended to report the incident to management and leave an online review so the company would be aware of how guests were being treated. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he responded dismissively and said, "Go ahead, I don't care." This response made the situation even more upsetting, as it showed a complete lack of concern for customer safety, professionalism, or accountability. As a paying guest, I expected basic courtesy and support--especially in a First Aid area--but instead I felt disrespected and treated like a criminal rather than a customer. No one should be made to feel unsafe or humiliated when asking for assistance, particularly in a place meant to provide help. I hope Lee Canyon management takes this feedback seriously, investigates this incident, and provides better training and oversight so other visitors do not have a similar experience. read more

I'd call this park a due diligence + easy mode mtn....so do your due diligence on scoping out everything (don't trust the 1st lift rider's paths even if everyone follows, watch for sketch feature setups, and lift chair swings). Demographic mixed with skiers but it's mainly boarders here today. ++Below review/reference for myself includes: Pros/great for, tickets/conditions we went, comparison to other parks, MUST SEE TIPS FOR SAFETY, our timeline schedule from drive off to leave. GREAT FOR -- Beginners + Good for anyone to learn switch and kinda learn certain safe features (do your own due diligence): It's super amazing for beginners though. There are 2 areas (lift and stand on ramps). For the rest of us, the runs are super duper short and good for practicing switch, and more. = I mean for 1 hour easy drive, opens late at 9am at $30 lift tickets is amazing. + Upstairs bar (can ski/board straight into). + Attached side bar + Great jams played by lift staffs. They have a commercialized lodge with wide septic restrooms, cafe/breakfast open at 8am, upstairs bar and detached side bar open later. TICKET PRICES/CONDITIONS of today 3/27/25 -- Today might be part of the last week of the season/85-90s in Vegas now? Our 1st time at Lee Canyon. Weekday tickets were $20 earlier in the week, but we bought the night before $30 for an adult ticket. Ticket prices change daily in comparison to other resorts. + We each got "$10 Credit must be used in one transaction valued at $10 or more." We skim through the email and missed this when screenshoting the qr code and rushing up. Tip: Screenshot your ticket pass ahead of time. No reception from parking lot to it. We didn't know there was free wifi "Lee Canyon Guest". It's super easy to use the QR code ticket system to get you prepaid/online pass Our limited 1 day, off season/probably last week open or doable experience... COMPARISON TO -- It seems comparable to Mountain High but a towny version in terms of service of the lanes and more? Lee canyon has a little park, and park feature. They allow fully iced lanes to patches of exposed dirt and rocks to be run on. Scary! As for features, it's not going to be A+ bear builder quality but it's actually done way better than Colorado (but we went years and years ago, do maybe everyone just got better at park feature building?). Condition: 4 days ago Vegas started having 80-90F at Vegas. It's supposed to be 85 today in Vegas. For Lee Canyon, it's low 50s here, no sun until later. It still was kinda a T-shirt day by 10am. Safety/Caution TIPS!! ! - Lift mats difficulty slide on and off. No snow is being put on it in the beginning. Maybe that's the difference of resorts that cost 2-3x the price service? - Bluebird Lift Chair CAUTION: DUUUUUUUDDDEEEEtte...that bluebird lift chair drop off is aggressive. The right bench arm will always aggressively hit me when sliding off from any seating arrangement on the bench. 1st time we tried it, we both got flipped. The ppl behind us too. I even tried to slide off and hold my hand out to make sure it doesn't smack me...if I make it far enough and fast enough, it pushes me pretty aggressively down. You need to launch yourself as fast as possible. Or else you'll get physically hit by the bench or it's arms. Super dangerous!!! About Routes/Lanes -- - Their long tube was a bit dangerous. Ramp isn't done correctly, and the beginning is very exposed. Before the 9am public can get on the lift, staff does not check out the conditions. They started just adding "thin ice" signs everywhere around after 10amish or 11amish. - I feel some of these patches need to be be x off. Because it's not, there's rocks scattered around from runoffs. - Also, there was one section which was all ice which should have been just closed off until 10am. TIP: STAY ON THE GROOMED path. I made the mistake of following to avoid possible icy and dirt spots. If you board in LA/bear then you can semi-cope better compare to others. Timeline: 1) 730am left. Driving 1hr from Central Vegas area. It's an easy ride but gets to only one line per side roads (so of one car stalls, everyone is affected). Joshua Tree everywhere in one area. We passed by a mule on the other side who was living8tge road. . 2) We got here at 830am. Got great parking. Strolled up to get out pas, use the restroom, grab coffee from Brewin Burro Cafe. It's the only shop open at 8am. Walked back to the car and got semi- ready and walked to the cafe to finish up. 3) 9am lift opens... 1 run Bluebird open with right lane slide off ALL ICE, not groomed and left route slide off being groomed. Recommend coming early to chill. Maybe wait until 930am to go up. 4) 10amish the lanes got warmed up, and it became a T-shirt day. Snow cone like. Not hard and not extremely slushy. Workable. 5) 1130am beer time? Unsure if conditions are worth continuing too much longer? Even when we left at 1145am, there was a car still coming. read more

Lee Canyon changed a lot since 5-6 years ago when I was there for the last time. They used to have one parking lot on the street and on the hill and everything was concetrated there (ski rentals, locker rooms with benches where you can sit and put your equipment, restaurant, ticket office...). Now rentals are down the hill where the new parking lot it located, so make sure if you need rentals to go to the lover parking lot. The upper area locker room has one chair inside, so you need to wait for some one else to finish, and we all know it might take a long. There is no ticket office any more, but there is machine in outside area where you scan your barcode and you got your ski pas. If you want to attach your card to the plastic hanging thing you can buy this in the store for 6 $. There is another ski trail for beginners apparently from the bunny trail. The new one doesn't have ski lift it has moving rubber (something similar like escalator for skiis). And I was surprised there is a brand new ski lift that was almost empty on Friday morning. Love the nre trail which is not steep as other two. Guys who works on lifts are super cool and helpful. There is also coffee place which is very nice and clean and pretty good coffee choices and not so much food. Bathroom is pretty big and everything is working perfectly read more

We went here after Christmas expecting it to be crowded. Unfortunately the Lee Canyon admin didn't expect it. We waited in the rental line, with small children, for OVER THREE HOURS. When my eight year old finally couldn't stand it any longer, we decided to forego the rentals and lessons and just go feed the hungry children. We waited in line for another hour to order food (most of which they ran out of). After arriving home from this nightmare trip, we requested a refund. There was no response for weeks, and the request was denied. Needless to say we will never go back there and do not recommend it to anyone. read more

We had a great time mountain biking at Lee Canyon yesterday! They open at 10 am. You should buy your tickets early, like 3 days before you plan on being there. It was $25 for me to get a lift ticket activated because I had my card from the last time I went. If you Don't have a card they charge you an extra $5. I've been coming to Lee Canyon for over 20 years, and it's always been one of my favorite escapes from the city. The location is hard to beat, especially being so close to Las Vegas. It's easy to make a quick trip up the mountain, get some solid runs in, and still be home the same day. During the week, the lines are usually very manageable, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and unhurried. One thing that's really stood out to me over time is how much the food has improved. The flatbreads and the chili are genuinely good and make for a great break between runs. The bar staff are consistently friendly, and I never seem to wait too long for a drink. There's also a decent selection of beers, which is a nice touch after a day on the slopes. Overall, Lee Canyon continues to be a reliable, enjoyable spot that I'm always happy to come back to. read more

Save your money and go to Brian Head! There is a reason they don't have a customer service phone number (go ahead, try it, the number is never answered). I had an issue redeeming a resort credit to take my family skiing. No response, I had to drive up to the mountain to talk to someone, and they still haven't resolved it. I don't like giving negative reviews, but they worked hard to earn this one. Not worth the hassle, and poor customer service, for sub par snow. read more

Terrible and worse. Drive to Brian Head rather than waste your time at the "Updated" Lee Canyon. They completely screwed up the entire set up of the resort. It is also grossly understaffed. Ski passes are at the entrance and ski rentals are a mile and a half down the road. To get there you have to take frequent shuttle rides. Once you get there, there are ridiculously long lines. The facility is a joke. We arrived here for noon skiing. It is now 230 and we still have not even gotten the skis. It took an hour to get one of our group members of Pass. An hour to get boots. God knows when we will actually get skis. The resort closes at four. Total waste. read more

Me and my young boys 7 and 10 years old were scouting for a future camping trip in the area when we noticed cars driving up to the resort. So we decided to check it out even though we had never been there outside of snowboarding season. We were presently surprised to find the place full of life with people mtn biking and riding the ski lift even though there wasn't any snow on the ground! We decided to ride the lift for a thrill and we had a great time(scary for us lol)! When we were done the boys were thirsty so we sat on the deck where we ment the Bartender Joe who recommended a crispy flatbread pizza to eat and an Atomic Duck IPA for me plus 2 sprites and the boys. Went here on Dec. 25 and Dec. 27 Alert!! Rentals must order online and it took 2hrs for us to get the boots and board. To get the Free Kids power card was not at the same location, you must walk up to the Bristlecone Base Area. We were all exhausted already from just waiting to get our gears. We learned our lesson to never get rentals at the resort so for Dec. 27th we rented elsewhere ahead of time before heading to the resort. Only the easier runs were open. About 90% were beginners there. It's a lot less people compare to Big Bear, but Lee Canyon is so much small that it seemed crowded, so there weren't not much space area for us to practice. My daughter enjoyed her snowboard lesson. Like other reviews mentioned, some staff were friendly and some weren't. Feeling welcome makes the experience more enjoyable for beginners and parents. Having been many times to nearly all of the ski/snowboard resorts in Southern California (including Snow Valley, Bear Mtn, Mtn High, Mammoth etc.), Lee Canyon is not only far less expensive, but a better overall experience. The days we went the snow was good, trails well maintained and I have to say that the customer service, both onsite and especially the people who answered my email questions and concerns were awesome! First, you may see some negative reviews mentioning the rental process and staff, but I can almost guarantee that these people were either visiting on a holiday or a weekend right after it had snowed. When this happens, it is not unlike any other resort, you should expect it to be crowded. On our first day, it was no exception, we did wait for our rentals, but despite the busyness, we found the staff very attentive and customer service staff addressed every single one of my questions with a quick response. For any issues we had, the staff far exceeded my expectations, making a raving fan, loyal customer out of me. This is how a great business operates and values its customers. Lee Canyon is on the smaller side, with 5 lifts and 22 trails, but it felt less crowded than most resorts I've been and I never found it overcrowded. The parking lot can fill up quite fast so you'll want to arrive early, better if it's close to or even before opening. Else, you may be walking very far. There are several lots so you should always be able to find parking, but be prepared to lug your equipment from a distance if you plan to come later in the day. Lockers are also available at a reasonable daily rate. Food options are decent, I even found things like chicken strips, pulled pork and hot dogs quite tasty, it is comparable to amusement park food prices. Being vegetarian, I just wish they could have had a few vegetarian/vegan food options, possibly a veggie burger, veggie hotdog or other options. Staff operators were very nice and helpful for the most part. Our kids struggled at times to get on and off lifts, and staff were right there to help. You will see quite a few beginners here but because my kids are beginners themselves, we felt like we fit right in. Most of what you book should be done online including lift tickets, rentals and lessons. It's super convenient to pick up your tickets at the kiosks all around. Prices rise as you get closer to whatever date you you so you're encouraged to purchase earlier. Overall, this has become one of my favorite resorts.
