Thank you for taking time to respond to my complaint. I disagree with you. I have documentation for everything that occurred during my experience with your company. 1. Although I agree, I did not purchase this recent Black Jeep Grand Cherokee from you, your records will show that I purchased my previous White Jeep Grand Cherokee from you - which by the way had the same engine failure and was traded in for the Black Jeep. This is why we decided to purchase the very expensive extended warranty when we purchased the black Jeep Grand Cherokee. Prior to this incident I had a reasonably good experience with your service department which is why I chose to use your dealership for our repair. I was not expecting to be without a vehicle for almost 6 months. Your records will also show that we purchased a Jeep Wrangler from you previously. We definitely will never purchase a vehicle from your dealership again. 2. I'm not sure what you mean by how you "attempted" to help us on multiple occasions. I still have the entire text thread from your technician. The only guidance we got from your company was to contact corporate directly to find out where the parts were. Stellantis was of no assistance, they just gave us the run around. I have all of the emails and voicemails that show I got the constant run around from corporate and from your company. It wasn't until I sent a certified letter to your higher ups that I was contacted by your management with no real resolution. 3. I completely understand that you had to work through the warranty company's requirements. However, that doesn't excuse how your company handled this entire situation. You absolutely do not offer loaner cars(which would have been a pretty reasonable solution), sure you offer discounted rentals($40 a day, but an unreasonable option at $1200+ a month, more than the monthly payment on the vehicle you had in your possession for over 5 months while I was still making payments on that vehicle to avoid defaulting on the loan), and no other options or alternatives were offered. 4. The lifters in fact did finally come in, and it was determined that a brand new engine was ultimately needed. We then had to wait longer for a new engine to arrive. When the vehicle was finally repaired, when we picked up the vehicle the oil light came on before we departed. My husband directly asked the technician if they put oil in the new engine, the tech brushed it off and laughed, to which he said of course we put oil in the engine, then proceeded to reset the oil light. We drove the Jeep from Westbrook to our home, and the next day to work when it started making unusual sounds in the engine. After checking the engine and the oil spigot for oil levels in the engine, the spigot was dry. I took a video immediately and I sent the video to your service department and immediately had the vehicle towed back to your service department. The jeep was returned the next day with no real explanation as to why there was no oil in the engine. 5. I'm not sure what significant portions of the repairs you absorbed since this repair was covered by the warranty. But I do know that my business suffered losses as a result of this vehicle being out of commission for such a long period of time. The cost of insurance, the cost of paying for a vehicle we had no access to, canceling clients, increased payroll, lost time chasing parts down for you and other expenses directly related to loosing access to the vehicle added up to a substantial loss. Instead of showing a little empathy or taking accountability by offering to make things right for the most recent experience we had with your company, your response is "well it's not our fault, we suffered losses too, we wish you well." You are taking zero responsibility for your company and the company you represent. It is unfortunate but after this experience and having owned many Jeeps over the years, we will never buy another Jeep again and we certainly will never buy any vehicle or service a vehicle with your company. read more

Update. Gave 2 more stars because they reached out and credited the brake cost. Still have issues to work out. I got the van back and unloaded it at a local dealership. Drove it home, about 10 miles. It's smoking from under the hood. The next day I work on it for several hours. Found several bolts loose. oil cooler, valve cover, broken dip stick and the top motor shroud had no bolts. It's now at a local dealership and they are searching for the oil leak. Thankful for you guys working to make it right but still not there yet. read more

I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Lee Auto June 2023. They held the car a few days, claimed they were "putting new tires on it for me." Well, a year and 20,000 miles later, the tires are bald. I don't believe they put new tires on the vehicle as they had claimed. Shady business practices all around. If you can, shop elsewhere. Or, at the very least, check EVERYTHING over and then over again. I asked for the invoice, they send me a picture. I ask for it emailed, they EMAIL ME THE PICTURE?? Lee auto sold my elderly mother a 2011 Subaru Outback with 140000 miles for $10500.00. She drove the car home only to find out it couldn't pass state inspection. The brake system was completely rotted. The hardlines were leaking brake fluid all over. One of the calipers was completely seized. The rotors were gouged and scored beyond rotating from overly worn brake pads. The quote for the brake system replacement alone was $3700. That's not including the new calipers, rotors, soft lines and shoes all around. The exhaust system was rusted through at the manifold also. She's 75 and had no idea what she was getting into. They took advantage of her, used Wells and Fargo financing and got all their money up front. By the time I (her son) came to visit and check the car out, it was too late. She was stuck with a car that can't pass Maine state inspection, on a fixed income and no hope of being able to repai it. Shame. Lee Auto knew what they were doing. read more

They never communicated with us during the process, the car wasn't ready in time, the service department is completely disorganized, ad guess what???? After the battery recall "update", the car won't charge. Do yourself a favor and bring your car anywhere but here for service. read more

I inquired about a new Jeep Wrangler through Cars.com that was listed. I received the standard response you get when you inquire expecting a phone call or email response to connect and discuss the vehicle. After no response I emailed and called and spoke to a nice admin. Again, did not get a response. Today I got a response that the price was now over $5K higher than what was listed. I thought maybe they missed something because it noted it had been update only 4 days ago so I kindly let them know the listed price and I was prepared to pay cash. The following response was effectively that the new price firm and I could take it or leave it. This is shady business practice to listed vehicles for lower prices to get traffic but not honor those prices. Happy to take my money elsewhere. read more

If I could rate Lee Auto negative stars I would. March 2023, I didn't even make it a mile down the road and an issue popped up. I called and they told me it's my problem now. I put 8k as a down payment. Since purchase I have called 50 plus times, half the time I am hung up on or sent to voicemail. I leave a voicemail and get no response. Car has been seen many times for an issue with my fuel, they still haven't fixed it. I was sold a lemon, but because it was pre-owned they told me to deal with it myself. Problem after problem. Issues that had been marked as fixed on the Carfax were not fixed. Issues with gas, issues with the car randomly malfunctioning. Almost died on Saturday with it malfunctioning while driving 50 MPH down the road. Called Lee Auto to get my car in for this severe issue then was hung up on 4 times. I was then told to tow it to Lee Auto Auburn Nissan, which is 52 miles ONE WAY, but told I will not be given a loaner car so I would be stranded. I have told every person looking for a car the Lee Auto is not the place to shop. I will never return. read more

I bought a used truck on December 18 and drove it three times before I realized it might have a transmission issue, which turned out to be the case. I dropped it off on December 27 for diagnosis and repair. It is now March 5 and I still don't have the truck back, and have no indication of when I will be getting it back. The trunk latch was broke which I went 4 qeeeks with because they could t get me In meanwhile I was working for ups delivering packages from my car which made work almost impossible but I figured out a way to still do it. There's mold and mildew In the car from the leak which has caused surae and I to both be sick and could be cause of my headaches. There's been a crack In the exhaust. It has a fake sticker on it the tires were junk I had to buy new ones when I was I unemployed. With every break I called and communicated my frustration while they tried to brush me off. I complained and begged for them to take the car back. At first they told me I couldn't ever take it back and then one day I was waiting to get my car out of the shop and I over heard a lady talking to a salesmen about returning her car as it was broke and he said sure we can do that. Then I knew I could too. Finally I got someone to agree that it is possible for them to take back the car but it was a lot of paperwork and a pain in the butt so I continued to work with them in hopes that they could fix the car. This never happened. 12 trips to the shop later and it's still not fixed. I work at the busiest place in Maine. On the weekend I wait on over a thousand people from all over the world. I will make it public what they did to me. I don't want to go this route I just want to be done with this pos car they sold me knowing it was junk. My friends son works at VIP and saw my car come in before I bought it. They were trying to find out what was wrong with it. They were unsuccessful and sold it to me anyway. Also this isn't the car I originally ordered and waited for while I was In a rental. Again to try and not be difficult and work with them I took the car. Nice guys finish last makes since now. I just want them to do what's right. Today I work so I won't be able to talk with them but tomorrow I have off I'm going into Lee personally to find Adam Lee and make him aware of what I've gone through with all my paper work and text messages. Also at the beginning of all this the guy who sold me the car asked me on a date and I declined as he had pictures of his wife and kid on his desk also I wasn't interested since this he's been rude to me and I feel uncomfortable dealing with him yet I believe he's the guy I was messaging all day yesterday. My dad has been a customer at lee auto in westbrook for years. He swears by them and always had me bring my car here when I was in high school. I have been working for a small shop in windham and was thinking about doing my own work from now on. Went out with the guys over the weekend and they met up with their buddies. One of the kids started boasting that he has been doing state inspections at lee auto. This kid kept trying to make himself sound like an awesome mechanic, but he didn't know what he was talking about. Come to find out he isn't even a licensed state inspector. I don't know about anyone else, but that's a huge red flag to me. If lee auto is letting this kid to do inspections on vehicles and has no idea what he's doing, I don't think I'll ever be bringing my car back here. His boasting game was total A level. *September 17, 2021 purchased 2017 Jeep Renegade Latitude at the Bangor dealership. Mileage at time of sale was 46,647 miles. *October 14, 2021 Vehicle had a rough idle and would barely run. Towed to Porters Garage in Greenville. They could not figure out what was wrong with it but replaced the spark plug boots that were flooded with gasoline. Due to nationwide shortages the part took a long time coming in and I was without the vehicle until October 29th. *December 23, 2021 the Vehicle would not start. Porters Garage came and tried boosting it. Was towed to Porters for the second time. The spark plugs were again soaked with gasoline. They replaced the spark plugs and new battery to see if that would make a difference. Mileage was 48,471 at that time. *January 6, 2022 Third tow. The vehicle was towed to Porters Garage. They tried and could not figure out what was soaking the spark plugs with gasoline. Vehicle was then towed to Hartley's in Newport. Hartley's replaced the MAP Sensor and the vehicle was ready January 11, 2022. *February 26, 2022 Fifth tow to Hartley's. Vehicle would not start. Hartley's said MAP Sensor was faulty and replaced again. Was without vehicle for over a week. *September 22, 2022 Sixth tow to Hartley's. Same issues. Won't start. Estimated date for Hartley's to take it in in September 30th. 51,656 miles. Hartley's had vehicle for a week. From Hartley's: "Vehicle would not start. Stored code in the system B1000-47 for the BCM, found update for the issue for the BCM. If code returns after the update the vehicle will need a new BCM. I also requested an oil change as vehicle stated it was due. Yearly inspection was due as well. I received a phone call that they were unable to perform the inspection. From Hartley's: "All four rotors are glazed from possibly sitting, the rear sway links have play. Recommended replacement (item is on backorder). *September 29, 2022 My Mother, the co-signer got a ride and was dropped off to pick up the vehicle in the afternoon while I was at work. She drove the vehicle to Greenville. I picked it up after 4 p.m. I drove the vehicle one mile to my home. *September 30, 2022 I went out in the morning at 5:15 to go to work and the vehicle would not start. It clicked and then the check engine came on and flashing red lights and the vehicle would not start. The vehicle was then towed to Hartley's. I received a phone call in the afternoon from Lauren Becker the Service Advisor for Hartley's. There are no codes and no point of origin for the technician to begin diagnosing. I do not have a extended coverage that would take care of this so there is nothing they can do. I do have this in writing. The vehicle is still at Hartley's in Newport. In a year I have put 5,000 miles on this vehicle. The nationwide yearly average is over 12,000 miles. I am paying $446.07 a month for another five years on a vehicle that won't pass inspection and won't run!!! I am an essential healthcare worker. read more

i went there for two front tires .the person on the phone said yes we have those in stock .they put two different on the front instead and blamed me for their error .not any time could they have looked at the rear tires and made sure they matched.nope my fault they said .didn't get those rear tires from them but they put the correct front ones on last time that matched the rear .and to do it to a disabled family not caring how money effects them .i use that van to my mom back and fourth to dialysis .to get my sister with cerebral palsy around.before putting the tires on why didn't they look at the rear tires and say we don't have those same tires they don't match do you want to still do it instead of just doing it read more

I was able to have a good conversation with the General Manager, Josh at Lee Auto Mall. I am happy to say that the dealership team promptly corrected the situation by refunding and mailing me a check for $500. I appreciate that they apologized and followed up with me in a dedicated and sincere fashion, which is not easy given that the end of the year is the busiest time for me work wise. Although I have now purchased a vehicle from another dealership in the Boston area, I would consider Lee Auto Mall again for a future vehicle purchase now that I am living in Maine. read more

Had a great service appointment and very helpful service manager, Josh McDermott. What was looking to be a very expensive repair on our 2011 Wrangler (the passenger seat belt was locking up, quoted prices were $400 - $500 for parts and labor) was fixed at no charge by Josh. Why? Because he knows his product line - the passenger seat belt has an adjustable height attachment and when tall guys (like me) have it all the way up, if you pull it too fast, it will lock up. So just release it and move it down a bit and - presto - it's fine. We had gone to another local Jeep dealer closer to us and they wanted to charge just to look at it. And when we tried to call Chrysler about it, all they said was it was not covered under any warranty, even though we were only a few thousand miles over the 3/36 bumper to bumper. Bottom line is that Lee Auto Mall service takes care of there customers and knows that it's little things like this that make a huge difference. read more

This is a tale of two situations here at Lee but overall, the experience was a great one. I went into Lee Credit and was able to secure a loan for a 2014 Altima that otherwise I would have been laughed at due to some recent credit situations that my family was in. The service that they gave me was great. They were super friendly, not pushy at all, the time period that the process took was fast as can be and they kept me in the loop the entire way through. We went to the service department yesterday (Saturday where technicians leave at 3pm) with an appointment and although the pricepoint for an oil change and tire rotation was pretty high they did great work with a free quick wash and they vaccumed my floors and seats in the car. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is the service that was given by the older gentelman behind the service counter was short and curt with me and looked like I was bugging him on this busy Saturday. He eventually warmed up to my son and I but first impressions are everything and this was my first impression of the service department at Lee. I am sure it is a one off moment but feedback nonetheless. read more

Yesterday I had such a great experience at this dealership!! I've been getting my Jeep Wrangler serviced there for about a year and a half and have always been satisfied with each visit. Recently I worked with the service manager, Chet Tetreault, and he did a fabulous job with trying to figure out what was wrong with my Jeep. Not only did he save me money on one of the services that weren't necessary, but also he was generous enough to save me money by giving me his old rear light to replace a broken one. If I was able to give this dealership more than 5 stars I would. Definitely recommend this place! read more

I took my Jeep for its 10 year power train warranty check in 2018 and had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The service manager at the time, Chet, found that my crossmembers required replacement and informed me that they were still under warranty for another month! He quoted me a price for some parts that weren't under warranty that were too rusted to put back after the crossmember installation and when the bill went over the estimate, he only charged me the price in the estimate! I was blown away. Not only did the service department do the work on my Jeep right away, Chet was honest and straightforward with me; I wouldn't have known that parts outside of my power train were still under warranty after so long. Bought a truck here... only reason was it was a smoking deal for reasons ill never know as i was lied to several times but i know one thing ill never buy here ever again.... manager aaron was very rude during negotiations and salesman shem took forever to get back to me during process and it forever to get paperwork processed after it took forever to get numbers on trade and truck i was buying. Was told truck had been on lot way to long so thats why was good deal... truck had only been on thr lot 2 weeks....... also was sold mileage was one number and it was 2000 miles more when i picked up the truck. All together a major pain in ass dealing with this dealership i will nvr do business here again (i know the game of dealership i sold for chevrolet and harley) if either dealer i sold for had a manager act like aaron did id quit and if i was as lazy n lied to customer like shem id hope to be fired. So the General Manager Josh calls me last weds july 3rd after i write this review leaving a message asking me to call him back so we can discuss the issues i speak of above.... i call back in less then 15 mins... the receptionist doesnt even know who josh the GM is... tells me only Josh works in service.... i finally get to ringing the GMs phone... no answer... im pushed back to the receptionist who says ill have to email him when i say ill leave a message.... i explain i do not have his email so she says she will email him n let him know i called back... no voicemail i guess?? Buyer beware....they sell REBUILT title used vehicles. Make sure you read the fine print and every detail, if you see the words AS IS REBUILT, run! Getting caught up in the moment of buying an auto is exciting and stressful so you might miss this detail, especially with the shady, pushy used car salesperson routine they have there. They also have a bank that will finance rebuilt title autos, most other banks will not. If you do decide to buy the rebuilt auto because you like it only pay them what it is worth, about 1/4 the asking price. And the GM will not respind to this post as they will say they do not sell or finance rebuilt title cars....I have proof they do. Be aware everyone !! read more

Understandable that the price of the truck was higher due to Covid. Unacceptable that damage the truck sustained wasn't disclosed to us. Long story but here goes... Purchase the certified used RAM truck, drive it home one hour away. Go to get in truck next day, sunroof won't open. Call salesman, he puts me through to service. Service tells me two weeks before they can take a look. I opt to bring to my local dealer. Truck is under warranty, right? Local dealer says they can take a look the next day. Next day, local dealer takes truck in. Asks me if I know if anyone has tried to fix it. Not to my knowledge, I've only been in possession of the truck for 48 hours. Local dealer calls Lee. Lee auto body tells them the truck had some 5 hour dent repair. Local dealer calls me back to see if i was aware of the body damage. I call Lee. I get the sales manager on the phone who tells me: 1) They have no idea what I am taking about. No record of damage to truck. 2) Sunroofs leak. (Mine won't open, not the issue) I explain that my local dealer was told the truck had a five hour appointment with Lee auto body. Lee sales manager bumbles and stumbles and tells me they don't have to disclose anything less than $3000.00 repair to customers. I say a 5 hour appointment sounds like it fits that bill. He tells me it doesn't. The guy talked in circles, contradicting himself. In the past 20 years, we have purchased over 10 vehicles for our small construction company. NEVER have I experienced such subpar service. The sales manager at Lee gives off the slimy car salesmen vibe and left a bad taste in my mouth. During the repair, the wire harness was detached. They didn't reattach it, this is why sunroof wouldn't open. Easy fix for local dealer. Local dealer charges Lee $130.00. And the sales manager? The last thing he said to me? What do you want from me? Purchased a new jeep from a great salesman. Check engine light was on when we took delivery of it. As it was after service techs had gone home we were told take it to any dealership and they will reset it. Needless to say 2 weeks later we took it back to Lee for that issue as was the earliest any dealership we called could get it in as well as installing a few items we purchased which had come in. They had the vehicle for a day and a half. Was told vehicle had been on the lot since November and that was the issue is the computer had to be updated. We drive an hour and a half home and check engine light back on. This was on a Thursday. Called Lee and spoke to someone again in service and stated that they will look at it but can not be until Monday and they would drop everything then we bring it in and make it right that day as we are moving to Texas in the middle of the week. I drop it off Monday morning and was told by a person in the service department that they were not sure when they can look at it and fix it but maybe by the end of the day. Explained what we had been told and bought a $60,000 jeep and the check engine light has been on since then and we are moving in a few days. Was told not his issue and that they will see what they can do. No one called me to give me an update. Called at end of Monday before closing and was told they ordered a part might be in on Wednesday. Needless to say, we move tomorrow and still driving a rental. Little to no communication or follow-up and would not recommend the service department to my worst enemy. Sales department seems good read more

i bought a 2017 Hyundai tuscon in november of 2022 there was an open recall one which I was told was resolved. and later found out it hadn't been dealt with. on top of that I have brought the car back 4 times for service and there has been electrical issues transmission issues and a battery issue which hasn't been able to be resolved. am still trying to get this resolved. and they refused to take the car back or sell me a different one. but still are unable to fix it. I've called and spoke to everyone and will have to sit there for 8 hours again just like last week for them to tell me nothing is wrong when my car won't start every morning. read more

Me and my then 9month pregnant wife bought a van in August of 2016. Exactly 3 months later the transmission went out in it. We called the dealership who directed us to the shop, that got us nowhere. The guy in the shop pretty much laughed and said sorry for your loss. I will never be a customer there again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I hate to write a bad review, but I also hate taking $4,000 out of my kids college fund to pay for a new transmission for a van that I just bought. Don't go to Lee unless you want to be taken advantage of by your typical shady salesmen. First I'm told by Norm that he can "easily get a a soft top thrown in" if I sign tonight on a new wrangler. Awesome. Then I explain I can't make it happen tonight as I have a second car I'd like to trade it as well since my mom just passed away and I need to get ride of the vehicle. I answer a few questions and he tells me they'll just cut me a check for it that would be between $1,000 and $1,500 when I bring it in the following week, but let's keep that as a separate transaction so we can sell the Jeep tonight. We start paperwork. I ask about the soft top. Oh. Well. We can't give that to you because they're on backorder (or some lie). Fine. We also can't put gas in it tonight or clean it since it's too late. But when you come back with your mom's car we'll do it. I come back. Now the general manager knows nothing about the other vehicle. Doesn't clean it. But gives me the gas (at least). And we're only going to give you $500 for it because no one promised you anything. We called your salesman. He never had a conversation with you about that. To recap: Promised a free soft top. Didn't happen. Promised $1,000 to $1500 for a car. Given $500 after being told I made it up. Promised the gas and detail a new car should have got. Only got the gas. I've had so many compliments on my new Jeep these last few days. But now I'm debating if I should bring it back, or just tell my story to every person who mentions my Jeep going forward to ensure no one else ever get taken advantage of like I did. read more

Honestly, I don't know who I feel worse for - me or the people who work here. For me, I only had to waste 8 hours of my life, for them, I fear they have much more to lose. Lee certainly subscribes to the old mantra of "hold them captive til they buy something or leave completely pissed off" mentality. Car buying doesn't need to be like this, but I guess it still can be for some dealers who wish to torture people and not have repeat customers. I came in with pre-negotiated pricing based on work affiliation, pre-arranged to see a vehicle online, and pre-arranged a trade appraisal online, only to get to the dealership and realize the car I just confirmed was there had mysteriously gone missing and I was going to be put through the same bs I was trying to avoid. Ultimately, we purchased a car. Only because I did not want to waste MORE of my time and we needed a car. Corey was still new and learning but overall redeemed himself in the end. Josh was ok as a GM and saved the sale. Lenny who showed us the vehicle was very thorough and easy to relate to. I almost wish we worked with him from the beginning. The rest of the experience, BIG NO THANKS. Especially the rude finance guy Fred who neglected to tell us anything about the interest rates/options until it was printed and arranged before us to sign. "A lower interest rate? well that's only 6 - 10 dollars a month difference, so just refinance once you leave here" Ok, Fred, I'd like to see someone reach into your wallet and take 10 dollars for no reason, and see how you like it. read more

After making a service appointment, they (Katrina) followed up with a solicitation call that was far too aggressive and persistent. After repeatedly asking the woman to not make sales calls to my cell phone, she repeatedly tried to convince me it wasn't a sales call and then steered me toward buying a used car from them. I had a good experience with the service manager during my last visit, but I won't ever go back if I need to endure obnoxious sales calls afterward. read more

I don't normally take the time to write negative reviews but the more I investigate my van's troubles the more frustrated I become. I was referred to LEE and gave them a call and explained my electrical issue. They said they could put the best guy on the job who specializes in my vehicle, so naturally I scheduled an electrical diagnostics appointment a week out. When I show up the "guy was on vacation and another "guy" was doing an all day engine swap. So frustrated I rescheduled for the following week when the "guy" would be back. Promised it would get taken care of. I show up the following week and they take me in for my 10am 2 hour appointment. Meet the "guy" he seems cool. Then I sit in the waiting room and walk around the town for 3 1/2 hours and then Check in to see how things are going only to find my vehicle sitting untouched. The "guy" was in an all day engine swap. I couldn't believe it. I was noticeably frustrated. They rescheduled for the following week. Week three, I show up and drop it off. $240 later... they burn through the 2 hours at $118/hr only to tell me it was the wire that the fuse is popping on. Really? I told them it was popping. Wow. They wanted 3 more hours to keep working... So I went home tore into the electrics for 2 hours and have since learnt that it's either the BCM or door lock actuators. I'm not a trained Dodge mechanic and this vehicle is new to me. I was told full wiring schematics don't exist for this vehicle, I found them all on a Google search. Unbelievable. 2 stars because despite how much bs they fill your head with they are still nice. This shop is way overbooked. Avoid unless you're under warranty. read more

Will never return. New to Maine, I brought my Jeep Patriot in for routine service. They told me that I needed new back brakes and was very close to needing new front brakes. I returned to my previous Jeep dealer/Mopar service center in NJ where they told me my brakes were nowhere near ready to be replaced. Very disappointing. read more

Communication got a little slow when the sales person I was working with was off for a couple days but I called and was put with another sales man and they were able to get the deal all put together and had everything ready to go once we got there. They even stayed late for us since we got stuck in traffic on the way there - will recommend in the future. Thank you James, Brenden and Dan. After a few frustrating issues with my Jeep and seeing I wasn't having luck getting it remedied, Lee's service management reached out to me via Yelp to try to improve on my previous visits. My problem apparently was computer related, since apparently my Jeep runs everything off chips and such. The manager kept reaching out, encouraging me to come back, which I did. The service was top rate, the manager even took my Jeep home with him and drove it about three days in an attempt to replicate the problem I was having. In the end, they determined a software update was needed and, fingers crossed, the problem hasn't repeated itself. Even if it does, I can't recommend these folks enough for going out of their way to bring be back in and doing everything possible to get the problem fixed. I'll be back for more upkeep AND to by my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee! read more

Great service, and great people! I was having an issue with my check engine light coming on in my Jeep. I Took it to saco to the dealer 2 x and it kept coming on. Frustrated I asked around and went on line to my trusted friends here at Yelp and was told about Lee dodge and jeep in Westbrook. I called them and was shocked to be told sure bring it in today and we will check it out- no problem! More shocked was I when they came out 45 min. later and told me I was all set, the light was just a small seal that needed to be replace around the gas cap. But more impressive. .. they gave me a complimentary oil.change when they saw it was do. and a free wash. .. :-) The light has not come back on!! Their customer services and honesty made me a loyal customers for sure! Highly recommended. read more
