Brought my vehicle in leaking fluid. Was conned into a costly repair. Drove my vehicle off the lot and my air conditioning system blew from being overfilled. They told me it was "wear and tear" and normal for a car in New England to break down. I drove home (without AC) and noticed that my car is still leaking fluid after paying thousands of dollars to have the leak fixed. Avoid this grift. Don't believe me, read the other one-star reviews on here. EDIT: Hi Emily, I have been in contact with Ginger Sandock and Sheri Irish at Bill Dodge INFINITI and neither of them have been understanding or amenable to remediation. After purchasing two luxury vehicles from them, sadly Bill Dodge has reaffirmed to me why car dealers are among the most bottom of bottom-feeding professions out there. The most recent vehicle I purchased was an Infiniti QX model SUV. Aside from the Infiniti itself being a quirky, often weird-acting car, the service at Bill Dodge has been routinely uneven at best and sometimes, outright sketchy. On a visit this past summer, I was told I suddenly needed new tires.. on a 2-3 year old car that has never been on a long trip and with low mileage. The pressure to change all tires was quite aggressive and they seemed to prey on your sense of safety. The tires for my vehicle are specialty, very pricey and they insisted I needed four new ones. What they were showing me wasn't adding up but I went ahead and did it anyway. On my last visit just before Christmas, I suddenly, SOMEHOW needed new brakes and brakepads. ALL around. WHAT?!? No way. The car is sophisitcated. It tells me when to to go in for service, where I've been, when one of my tires is just barely off pressure... and yet, nothing was heard or notified or even remotely suspect that I would need new breaks. There is literally a new service manager each time I go in there, and the most recent woman did her best to hard-sell me until I insisted on speaking with the technician. After they'd both told me they had inspected all of the brakes, I caught them in a lie when I asked if they'd taken at least one tire off to measure them correctly. They all looked around at each other because I'd backed them into a corner. After telling me they had done so, they finally admitted that it wasn't true. They in fact had never taken off the tires. That lead to a response from me they hadn't anticipated. I ended up speaking to the dealership manager. - Long story short, I went ahead and changed all the brakes/brake pads just to know it was done since Bill Dodge had introduced doubt in my mind. They paid for half of it, I paid the other half. Either way, Bill Dodge is no longer my family of dealerships. Like most care sales people, those commercials they run about you being "family" and how "trusting" they are is complete bullchet. Don't trust them and never, ever trust any car dealer. I was an out-of-town walk-in client. The manager "fitted" us into his heavy workload. He cleared the three error codes. Regrettably, the codes and the problems came back within minutes of leaving Infiniti. I want to be clear that I really appreciate him fitting us in on the same day. I called numerous Infiniti dealers throughout NE and no one would help us. We finally made it to NJ and the tech found out the "next step." I've been doing buriness with Bill Dodge Infiniti and their service department since the 1990s, and they've always been super attentive and responsive. Until the last year or so. Their techs are still excellent, but their service managers seem to change every few months and they simply do not return phone calls. Which brings me to my most recent experience of the last couple of days. After leaving two unreturned messages with the latest service manager, I finally called the main number to get on their schedule. If the service manager had no intention of calling me back, he should at least have referred my call and request for an appointment to someone who would be able to schedule me, instead of my continued efforts to call and leave voice mails. I value my vehicle and trust their techs, so I will continue to rely on their service department. But their customer service in this regard is extremely disappointing, and I sincerely hope it improves. read more

I leased a new Infiniti in 2016 from Bill Dodge in Westbrook and it was a wonderful experience. Today, I returned my leased Q50, and as recommended, had called ahead to inform the dealership. When I arrived this morning, a sales person asked if I needed help, and informed him I was returning the vehicle. He said he'd get the manager, Scott Stubinski, to arrange the return. The manager came outside just a few moments later, never greeted me or acknowledged I was even there. Scanned the vehicle, got the mileage and stated he'd remove the plates. We went inside, he gave me a mileage statement and I was on my way. He obviously had no interest in dealing with me, most likely because I was not purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. But, I am still a customer and that is no excuse for being rude. Where has customer service gone these days? When it does come time to acquire another vehicle, it will certainly not be at the Bill Dodge Infiniti dealership. read more

I was a dedicated customer since 2011 after purchasing a car. Service was really good for the first couple of years until the service manager left. From that point on, everything fell apart. They have gone through several managers, which is probably why I had as many problems as I did. They tried to fix the issues. I even received free service from Infiniti Corporate due to the ongoing problems, but I have found that they can't be trusted. They state certain things need to be done to my car, but they don't, at times. When work has been done, I find oil caps, glasses, battery covers, caps from other owners' cars, etc., in other places other than where they belong. Long story short, after I got a second opinion today on work that was supposedly "needed" and was told it wasn't needed, I have given up the free maintenance plan and opt to pay for my service with a dealership I can trust and rely on. I've had to deal with Bill Dodge's body shop once after a hail storm and my car came back with more damage than it went into the shop with. Thankfully, I have surveillance to prove the additional damage didn't exist prior to the employee driving away with my vehicle. Because of this, we have decided not to buy a car from there, as well, when it's time for a new Infiniti. It pains me to say this, but Infiniti cars are great, but Bill Dodge Infiniti Service is horrible. read more

You might think if they advertise free loaner cars with any service/repair at the collision center they would have more than 4 total cars...you would be wrong...they only have 4 total loaner cars and all of them are unavailable for two months at the earliest...meanwhile I've had an oil change at another Infiniti dealer in NH twice and they had more than enough cars to go around always had one available even for appointments made the day of service...just surprising as being the only Infiniti dealership in all of Maine they wouldn't have the "inventory" to allow for more loaners so their customers stay happy and keep coming back...things like this lead to loss of business read more

Stopped by this morning to drop off my Rouge for one of its scheduled oil changes. This was my first time in the new building and my first impression is Wow! I drove in the bay as it began to lightly snow. Arnold greeted me with a good morning and a smile. He took my information and showed me the waiting room. Once the tree he offered me a bottled water and a breakfast bar. I took both and sat while I waited for the shuttle to take me the short distance to work. It arrived a few minutes later and the shuttle driver was very friendly. We chatted about the local area as he drove Mr the short distance. During the morning Arnold gave me a call to inform me that I needed a bit more work done to my vehicle than the simple oil change I had requested. I needed to have an air filter and a cabin filter replaced along with my brake fluid replaced. He told me that the oil change was no charge, however the other work would run me about $511. Ouch! I told him to just do the oil change and I'd 5hink about the other work. So, that is what I did. I need to take the car in for a recall item later next week, so I'll see about the other work too. Everyone was extremely nice and the work was great, however I often wonder about the cost of the other work I wasn't counting on? read more

Believe me when I tell you I have purchased many cars,trucks and suv over my life time. I had a difficult situation but Mr. Miles was so accommodating in getting every detail worked out to my complete satisfaction and make this deal a reality.
