This place has a huge parking area that needs repaving soon .as you walk in the double woden doors you see one going to the take out aliases for pick up and one leading to the lobby of the restaurant. As you go diw father of the restaurant you see the front counter cashier customer service barista wherectye staff takes your order of the foss you like . Therefore three options to see their menus either in the internet through your cell phone, they have menus fir eating there yoy can order from , Or take out ones to to order from . Above the cashier customer service barista they have mebu signs hang abive . This place is week know for pizzas , Subs , Wings Fries and calzones and more.. Sorry no WIFI There . This place has sida refrigerators behind the customer service cashier barista. They have self help soda fountains that they serve your drinks. This place has the best staff there . But i resigned applications for the front desk customer service cashier and food runner . I want jobs there to build bridges to all walks of life that comes there. . I want to make all customers feel welcomed, At Home , And Feel Like Family there to give them the best service and hospitality to increase their wonderful stay there. But the Management needs changing by allowing others like me chances to have jobs there to make things better there. With the food and more they have . They also have deserts inside a glass case near the customer service cashier barista . Plus they have offers of 2 liter Sodas for anything you order in specials you order or do for catering . Yes they di cater in Ledos . If you love this place as I do , This place is for you. We all look forward to seeing you all there very soon one again . This place we all need to come back as a community and patrons again . The pandemic caused behaviors that were inexcusable unlawful unjustifiable and unprofessional and down right wrong. My partner and I came for lunch today (Sunday). Had not been to this location before. We each decided we didn't want pizza. I got the green salad with addition of grilled chicken. They got the gyro. We were both happy with our meals. The salad was a very nice size, with fresh lettuce and tomato, onion and delicious croutons. Parmesan cheese also sprinkled on the salad. The balsamic vinaigrette dressing (comes on the side) was a nice sized portion and had an excellent flavor. I usually don't use all the dressing, but this was really tangy and good. The grilled chicken was prepared very nicely, with a little char in some parts but not dried out. My partner enjoyed the gyro very much. We each got a soft drink, which is advertised as "bottomless." The server came around a couple of times to refill our drinks. Good service. I found the price to be reasonable for what we had. The place is nice and comfortable. read more

I have been a loyal customer to Ledo's for years. However, it's impossible to ignore that the service has gone downhill. I came in last Friday and ordered a pizza. While I was waiting to pick up my order, I couldn't help but notice that only a few of the employees were doing their jobs while the one male worker was slacking off and not even looking up from his phone. Even with people in line, he didn't make an effort to even acknowledge us. The managers are a joke, you guys have to do better ! read more

LEDO's food is pretty good pretty consistent 100 times better than Domino's. Service at LEDO's leaves a little bit to be desired young person who was helping me seemed totally disinterested, but she did what she's hired to do I guess. As far as ambience, it's LEDO's there is no ambience. Looked fairly clean however I took mine to go. As I recall, the chicken wings are fairly good sized and are very tasty. He does has some new items salads, etc. etc. Prices are pretty much in line for the area. I think if the person behind the counter seemed a little more courteous, and maybe a half a smile, my opinion may be a bit more positive. But sure put a downer on my pick up order. We got two pizzas and they were cooked well done as ordered. Both were typically delicious Ledos fare. We also ordered Old Bay chicken wings and they were much better than expected. Awful! They made their problem my problem. Ordered dinner for the family online for pickup at 515pm. Arrived at 510 and it was ready. What I mean by ready is probably cooked an hour prior. It was stone cold. I called and said I had 6 people waiting for dinner that now had to heat up. Did I get a call, nope, a discount, nope. Just a lousy explanation when I called to complain about not being able to deliver what was ordered and paid 45.00 for. That is it. Just had the worst experience in customer service with this store. I ordered two simple pizzas. I called and the woman at the front gave me a credit because I thought there was a problem with an order. 5 minutes later I received a call back from someone named Maria Amina who told me this was my fault multiple times. She cut me off when I was talking, she told me to complain everywhere I could and wanted to, and she challenged me to fight on the call. Never have had an experience like this with a restaurant. Long time Ledo's customer ... grew up adjacent to Adelphi in the 60's and loved it when we got Pizza on Saturday nights! We ordered a large pep and pre-cooked bacon. It was decent pizza, just missing some things. The crust seemed not a fresh as I'm used to. Wow, I've missed this place from when I used to live in Maryland! The pizza is REALLY good, servers are friendly and the atmosphere is "local pizza joint". Pizza is served rectangular shaped and if you split a pizza they serve it on separate trays. HIGHLY recommend it! read more

Called in for a carry out order and the workers there seemed to be super nice! The young gentlemen on the phone made sure that my order was correct and when I came to pick up, he asked if I needed anything else and also showed us the pizza to see if it was everything I wanted. Pizza tasted great. I got a medium with half of Ledo's Deluxe and half Spring Chicken! I also order 12 bone in wings and they tasted far better than Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing Stop! Made an online order at 6pm - they said it would take 30 minutes. At 6:40 we went to pick it up and it wasn't there. They said someone must have took it. Had to wait another 30 minutes for the order. Ironically, we ordered from here years back and they messed it up the order - thought we give it another try. Things haven't changed. My recommendation - stay away and order elsewhere. read more

Well they're open late and they have ice cold beer on tap. I will give them that and when I work late I hope to find places like this close to home. But the food is unfortunately nothing to rave about. I ordered a cheese steak sub and was served a skimpy little thing that was mostly bread paired with shoestring french fries. Fairly consistent Ledo. Pizza is consistently good. Precooked bacon is our favorite topping. We tried the cannonball pizza (meatball) and loved that as well. Wings are consistently good as well. Try the hot honey old bay. The online ordering however is where I take points off. If you were to order a pizza using an online only coupon indicating that it is a two topping pizza, you are forced to choose TWO different toppings even if you only want one topping. Sounds like a minor thing but it is really annoying and bothersome when you really just want the one topping. My suggestion is to call the store and see if they will honor the online only coupon over the phone for that reason. read more

For a second time in a row, this location in olney on laytonsvile and Georgia Avenue refused, i asked why, the lady on the other line failed to furnish me with a reason. I asked for a manager and she nicely said no manager on and we are busy and hung up on me. I called the other location in Deerwood on Muncaster mill road, and they accepted to offer me the pre mentioned deal. Terrible experience tonight with on-line ordering. One pizza was ordered at 6:00 and promised for 6:35. Arrived at 6:30 and told it wasn't ready yet. Fifteen minutes later, told it would be soon. Half an hour later told it would be another half hour. Couldn't cancel and get a refund--"That Manager won't be in until Friday." Then told that the pizza was just put in and it would be 8 minutes. 20 minutes later--almost an hour after I arrived to pick up my pizza--did I get it. And not one person apologized, acted sorry, or did anything to try to make it better. read more

Ledo Pizza has always been consistently delicious. I've dined at the Olney location hundreds of times (takeout and delivery) because it is in my hometown. They have a quick turnover in waitstaff and I've had a range of really friendly and attentive to rude and obnoxious 14-year-olds. If you can look past possibly having an imbecilic waiter, then you're in for a treat for the dining experience. The pizzas, pastas, salads, and appetizers are all tremendously delicious! My friends and I usually do a ritual "soaking-up" of the grease by unfolding a napkin and flattening it onto the pizza. It's delicious with or without grease, but since we're aging we need to consider our arteries now. read more

I love Ledo Pizza and I have gotten carry-out pizza from here countless times. I typically call in my pizza and am told any time between 20-45 mins until it will be ready. I have never shown up when my pizza was not ready and it has always been fresh when I get there. The sauce is very sweet yet tomatoey. The pizzas are square with thin crispy crust. It is absolutely delicious even with plain cheese. My favorite topping is their pre cooked bacon. It gets super extra crispy and perfect in the oven. I would recommend Ledo's, but I think it is a personal taste, as the sauce is sweeter than your average pizza chain pizza sauce. read more

Had the worst service last night that I've ever had in my life. Went in with family and my son had gone in ahead to get a table for 8 and the manager told him he couldn't pull tables together and had to sit on the other side. He later admitted he didn't know we were a party of 8 so he did let us pull tables together to fit our group. The problem was the server. She came over with a scowl on her face like she did not want to wait on us. She never greeted us in any way other then to ask if we needed drinks. Came back with drinks, spilling water on one of our group and never said anything like sorry. Then started to take our order, again very unfriendly, no smile, no nothing. She took our order of chicken tenders, fries and some pizzas. She brought out the tenders and fries and set them down and never asked if we needed anything else like ketchup or anything, not even saying the pizzas will be out in a few minutes. I had to ask my son to get up and go get ketchup, again when he ask she said nothing. When the pizzas came out, again she said nothing, like does anyone need a refill, or do you need anything else. From there it went down hill. NEVER once did she come back to check on us at all. Never asked us fro refills, I had to flag her down and ask directly, never checked on the food if everything was alright, never came back at all, just sat in a booth eating and texting. Horrible service. I finally had to flag her down and ask her for a box for leftovers and the check and asked if she thought she could clear some of the dishes, this is a huge pet peeve of mine, since she had not cleared any and they were all piled up. She proceeded to pick up one plate and leave. She came back with the food boxed and the check and threw it down in front of one of our group very rudely. After I paid and got change I proceeded to tell the manager about the situation and he apologized. Might be worst ever all time dining experience. Will not be going back to Ledos ever. All because one server felt she did not have to give good service to everyone. Waiters feel entitled to a guaranteed 20% tip regardless of the level of service they give. We take things away from our kids when the behave badly to try and show them there are consequences for their actions and that is what the tip is supposed to do as well. I usually tip generously if the service is good because I too once waited tables. In my opinion she should have gotten a $0 tip, but I do not think it would have changed her attitude or service level. read more
