And I also ordered a $25 Pacific veggie pizza with robust tomato sauce. When the pizza came, it did not have robust tomato sauce. It was a white pizza. When I called the store to get the issue corrected, they told me to call the Dahlgren store. I did and was told they do not deliver to my address. When we called the King George store back, the man on the other end of the phone kept telling us that we ordered ranch sauce for our chicken, over and over again. When I became upset and told him we were talking about the pizzas he told me that both pizzas were ordered as white pieces without tomato sauce. I have an email proving that it's not the case. He still insisted that they were both white pizzas, and hung up in frustration. I feel like I should get a refund, at least for the pizzas, if not for my whole entire order $85 for nothing. I have had unusually bad customer service with a store, and have rarely gotten exactly what I ordered on the app. Do not do business with the store. Unless you're ready to get screwed over and not get what you pay for I am not OK with this. The last time I ordered pizza from this place unless I go pick it up in person the delivery person was very nice and kind.
