The cashier was very friendly, and helpful with getting our family set up to bowl. The air hockey was fun to play, and they have a few more arcade games. The bowling alley could use some updating - one chair was broken and the balls were very dirty. The game itself was fun! The girls beat the boys so we were happy. read more

The place is never crowded. But they seem to charge a lot. For 4 people it came to be $37... When my friends and I calculated it everything it should've came to $25 but where the other fees came from who knows. The people who work at the main counter always seem to have an attitude also. read more

The people at this place are so rude!! Is there a negative 5 star available?? 5 of us drove together expecting to play at the glowing alley: 2 adults, 2 teens and by the time we walked out a very disappointed 6 year old. We drove 45 minutes to get there and when we asked for 2 lanes the kid behind the counter threw down his pencil and a huff then sighed and said "I'm not supposed to do that" and refused to give us the lanes! There were 5 lanes open!! We went across The parking lot to the other bowling alley and the woman there was on the phone with the guy at the first bowling alley staring at us saying things like "ya, I understand". She greeted us with eyebrows raised and a huge attitude and said "ya?" When we asked for 2 lanes there we were told that we could possibly have two but if more people show up that are not part of a group we all have to be combined into one lane. Omg...there were 8 lanes open there!! We asked "if we were 2 separate groups, one group being of 3 and one group being of 2 and we were strangers would you still say the same thing. Just treat us like 2 different groups". They both said no they won't do that!!! So let me get this right. You don't need my money that bad that you are turning away people who will play all day there and spend a lot of money. OR is it that, gee, after treating us like crap, let me give you my money because I deserve this treatment?! Don't. Ever. Go. Here. Another example for my children to learn to treat people with respect when it comes to working AND to go to college so they don't become these miserable people. read more

The bowling alley is bunk, but Kegler's Den attached to it is a great little bar with a friendly staff, great drinks specials and a solid karaoke host on weekends. If you're looking fora fun place in the area away from the downtown bustle in Nashua, this is a great place to try. read more

Fun little place. Prices are family friendly. Plenty of parking. Located near the highway. They serve food and drinks, including beer. I wish they played some music, but that's not a bug deal. It's simply an old fashion candlepin bowling alley... one of the few left out there. read more

Wish I could drink here, but when I went into the keglers den they wouldn't serve me or my girlfriend (23yo) because one of the people I was bowling with was under 21. Tip: don't go here unless your entire group is 21+ and let's be honest who goes to bowl and not drink. read more

We went on a Friday night @ around 9pm. It was wide open. Nice and quiet! A/C. Full bar next door with a bartender who brings your drinks right to your lane. "Dave" was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We had fun. Slightly pricey but we played for 3 hours! They are only open til midnight. If you want to go with your kids, you can bring them in the glow lanes next door. It was nice to be somewhere where there wasnt sceaming children everywhere. There are pool tables and arcades if you want some additional fun. This will probably be our winter hangout where we can have fun, have some drinks, and bring some friends the next time! read more

I'd never candlepin bowled before. So my friend decided to take my girlfriend and I to Leda Lanes to introduce us to the oddity that is candlepin bowling. Little tiny pins? Little tiny balls? Three tries? Took my two games to manage to throw the thing down the lane straight. Anyway, it was a fun time. I must be getting old and nostalgic, but I remember when bowling alleys were cheap to go to. This cost the three of us 50something for 4 games. Be careful..staff is very rude and unpolite specially the manager. She is not customer friendly at all. When you're playing at leda lanes the manager may chage your lane anytime before asking you. If you ask for an explanation then she ask you to leave ... it's like her way or highway .. So go there on your own risk......and try to have fun !!! read more

I used to bowl at least 3 times a week here. This is where I fell in love with candlepin. I was used to bowling 10 pin since I lived out west but candlepin is more fun I think. The people who work there are knowledgeable and polite. I haven't been to the new gowl bowling yet but its on my list of things to do. read more

Great candlepin bowling alley. It's huge, uncrowded, well maintained, and cheap! Leda even has a few lanes that are shown on televised candlepin matches. I've never tried the lounge. The only downside for me is it's on the far end of Nashua from Massachusetts, and the Lowell area hasn't had candlepinning for a very long time. read more

Very slow service! Way overpriced for an hour of bowling! $42 per hour? Crazy expensive! Food was inexpensive but poor quality and took an hour to get chicken tenders and fries and stale nachos! Apparently staff expects to be tipped for poor service as well. Manager was less than friendly when confronted about problems or complaints! Whole staff (which was a max of 3people) was rather unfriendly! SPARE yourself the dissatisfaction and choose somewhere else! read more

Yea definitely not satisfied, last year (2015) we came and had a blast my son had the best birthday so we decided to do it again this year...this year was a big mess and a waste of my money. I paid 300 dollars for what? Late food teenagers more focused on their own food then the actuall customers, mind you my pizza was late... I had to ask them to make it several times all I kept getting for an answer was " it's on a schedule". (Who's throwing the party them or me?) I had to go up to the girls working and asked them to fix our lanes 5 times. And every time I got looked at like I was disturbing them or I was a burden. The ultimate party package stated we were to get a ice cream cake and balloons which we got last year. This time we had to go and ask for the cake, the balloons were never given to us the glow sticks we got barely lit up. The glow sticks I brought from home were glowing more then the ones we received. I am very unsatisfied with this... you guys have gone downhill in just one year. read more

My husband and I went bowling at Leda Lanes with my sister, brother-in-law and niece and nephew over the weekend, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. My sister and I each bought a groupon, and my sister called a few days before to ask if we could possibly get 2 lanes next to each other and we were assured that it would be no problem. Unfortunately my sister didn't get the name of the man she spoke to. We showed up at 5pm and went to the desk to check in and asked about getting 2 lanes together. The young man behind the counter was one of the rudest people we have ever encountered and just kept saying you have 2 groupons so we can't put you together. My sister politely tried to explain that we had already called about this and were told that it would be fine and we were wiling to wait if necessary. This rude person just kept saying too bad, you can't do that, etc etc. He pretty much made her feel like a liar and was totally rude and unprofessional. When we told him that, he just said whatever and walked away! We then tried to talk to the young woman at the counter who also said it really wasn't supposed to be done that way (we know - that's why we called! But really, what's the difference anyway??) and that there were no lanes side by side available right now anyway. We offered to wait and she said it would be an hour wait. At this point we gave up and went to our different lanes. We hadn't even gotten our shoes on when the lane next to my sister's opened up. She went right back to the girl at the counter and asked if we could just have that lane and she said no!! My sister asked why since she had earlier implied that if 2 lanes had been available that we could have had them and at that point she just said "I'm not giving you 2 lanes together" in the nastiest tone she could use. Like we're criminals or something! We almost left at that point, and to be honest, we should have. I have never seen such rude and unprofessional behavior in my life, and these 2 should not be dealing with the public. Come on, the place is nothing special, with dirty tables, torn bowling shoes and bowling balls with lots of chips in them. There was a problem with the ball return in both of our lanes, causing each of us to have to wait for help to get the balls going again. My husband and I were given a lane next to a toddler birthday party, and had to deal with toddlers constantly wandering into our lane while we were trying to bowl. Really people, was it that big a deal to just give us the 2 lanes together and make us happy customers?? Maybe we wouldn't have noticed all the other flaws if we weren't already so upset about the rude treatment. We won't be back and will not recommend Leda Lanes to anyone who'll listen. read more
