I took my vehicle to this location when it broke down and had them to do a diagnostics and fix it …read more When I had it towed to this location all four of my car doors were fine . Then when I picked it up my driver side door handle was broken. They were trying to say it was like that when I brought it to them. Also noticed my car wasn't running properly. They initially said after the test it was distributor cap malfunction. Then brought up something else after I paid and was picking it up. So then I called back to tell them my door wasn't like that when I brought it. An I didn't really know that my door was like that when I was at the shop , because an employee came up with some reason to have to go check my car and left my door open, so I didn't really realize how bad it was until I got home. So that prompt me to try my car out and see how it would do and noticed that it wasn't accelerating like it's supposed to not going past 70. I called them about this issue as well and they told me to bring it back in the morning then the next morning when I was trying to bring it back, it would not crank. I feel like I have been treated poorly and was taken advantage of. I trusted them to do the job and they didn't do it . They did come back and say that they realized my door wasn't like that when I brought it in. So they will fix that, I still feel like they are going to try to make me pay for something else. Even though I already paid. I should have been told about all issues before hand and not after I paid . That doesn't sit well with me, my vehicle is still there. I'm just waiting to hear from them to see what they " fix next " . This is a horrible experience, I don't have the money to just take it somewhere else. I need them to fix my car .
