An 'OK' job in a thin market. There aren't many auto upholstery places in our area, so when I needed work done on my driver's seat, I set up an appointment with Leather Medic. While confirming they could do the work on the phone, they requested I text a cell number with my contact info and requested service. No problem. I didn't hear back, though. I arrived for my appointment and they had no idea I was coming. Showed them the text and confirmed the appointment I thought I had. They said it'd take a couple hours, so I asked them to call or text when done, and went to hang out at a nearby coffee place. After three hours without hearing anything I went back over. The job was done, I was told. I sat in the seat and checked out the work: it's ok. Not mind-blowing, not amazing, just ok. I was charged three hours' labor. I recommend being patient and persistent about communicating with them. Take nothing for granted, even when they confirm an appointment date and time. To the business: consider sprucing up the waiting area. It's not an awesome preview of your services. read more

Made a deposit of $560. Few weeks later i ended up selling my car and called and told him i wouldn't need the work done and he said he cant return carpets. Witch I totally understand that i guess. And i told him ill still pay for the carpets its only fair plus i wanted to keep it cool because i want him to do other work for me.
