Ollie's Bargain Outlet is an American chain of discount closeout retailers. They sell a variety of overstocked and unsold items. Their merchandise includes seasonal products, pet supplies, apparel, games and toys for all ages, household goods, beach supplies, candy, cookies, dry goods, books etc. The Ollie's Cares Foundation supports feeding America, Children's Miracle, Toys for Tots and several other generous charities. Ollie's raises more than 2 million a year for trustworthy charities. So much to be proud about! I originally walked in with the intentions of purchasing a Ollie's gift card, butter cookies and the $5 advertised Children games. I did purchase the gift card but unfortunately the butter cookies were out of stock and the floor team could not locate the $5 games. I was disappointed but I will complement the very pleasant and relentless staff in trying to help find these nonexistent games. Lol. Another plus is cashier Taylor, she was so sweet and courteous. An asset to your business! And plenty of parking in a well lit lot. Best wishes Ollie's! I'm sure I'll visit you again.

Just by driving around the area, you can easily miss this spot because it's in between a couple of spas. The businesses around it kind of throw you off. There were tables set up and the person working -- who I found out that day is the owner -- was setting up for a Magic Card Tournament. I ended up buying more than I needed to from there. While he was scanning my stuff, we just had a small chit chat. I just wanted to know how long that store's been around...all that good stuff. That's when I found out he was the owner. Great guy. He put us on to some other conventions and events at his store. I recommend dropping by if you're around the way. Great store...and the owner is down to earth and pretty knowledgeable.

Bought a dog treat that made our dog sick and returned the majority of the unused treat that got him sick with receipt. Store policy is returns are accepted for unopened product and in resealable condition - understand that but of a condition product gets someone or an animal sick that's an issue. TJ Maxx return policy also states it up to store discretion when returning open / used items. Manager didn't even care to listen and understand the issue with what they are selling so of course didn't care. We and many of our family and friends have had challenges with her. This isn't a role she should be in because she seems to bring her anger for whatever is going on in her life to the store. So, buyer beware - not because if the store, it's quality or other staff - just watch out for the manager. If you need to return, go to another TJ Maxx - which we did and no issues. Humans who care do work at other locations.

No matter where I ended up at in this store there was someone right there. I felt like it was someone in every department of the store (which is how it should be). The store was organized very well. The lines was extremely long but they moved so fast that I didn't have any time to actually think about how long the line was. My checkout girl was awesome, I can't remember her name but she was very friendly. On another occasion I came back to return somethings and one of the item didn't have a price tag. I kid you not every other Marshall I have been to made me go back to find that item with a price tag so they can give me refund. When I mentioned to her that I will go find one and bring it back she looked at me as if I was crazy and said No, you will do no such thing. I'm like it only take a few seconds, I know exactly where I got it. She starts laughing and says NO. Wrote up everything and gave me a refund, and apologized for taking long.
