Pop Vinyls are stacked floor to ceiling with a good selection. Biggest complaint I had was some of the older pops had boxes that could have been in better condition for the price. Huge selection of signed Pop Vinyls, many kept behind glass. Prices on new limited releases were what I would expect for a retail shop. They also had a small selection of other collectables and a few comic long boxes. Overall, if you a Pop Vinyl fan, Wize Guys Collectibles is 100% worth a stop.

I've been to the East Hanover location, which is the store I usually go to, but this was my first time at the Verona location. This store is organized and well stocked. I had a few options in the gift wrapping aisle, and the prices were very good. The woman who rang me up at the register was nice also, and answered my question about their return policy (refund up to 15 days with receipt; store credit after 15 days).

This place has a decent selection of board games, but the organization scheme is somewhat of a disaster. I think basically the games were vaguely in alphabetical order and then a tornado went through them. So if you have a particular game in mind, you might be able to find it by looking in the general area of the letter it begins with. But seriously very few people come to a board game store with a particular game in mind. A better (and more common) scheme would be by complexity - light vs medium vs heavy strategy, with coop games on a separate shelf. We asked the staff for recommendations, and the person who helped us was less than helpful. You could tell from his tone that he wanted us to leave. He pulled games arbitrarily off of the shelf without much explanation of why he even recommended them. All board games are at market price. I guess we will keep going into the city for our board games.

That's not to say that I get my toasters here, I've just noticed that this seems to be what they carry. I think the best deals in this store are on kitchen stuff. You can save a lot of money on brands like Pyrex and Kitchen Aid, but there's also a lot of no frills stuff to wade through. I like to stop in occasionally if I have nothing to do and waste 15 minutes looking at holiday stuff, glassware, $5 and $10 toys, off brand portable cd players and that kind of stuff. I once got a great deal on a roll of white electrical tape. I think it was like 64 cents.
