Shaz is able to work with you at such a granular level that if he isn't able to secure a loan for you, it's only because the US government has defaulted and economic collapse has occured. Anything before that, Shaz is your guy. Because of Shaz we were able to be competitive in a very competitive market. He also jumped into a 25 day escrow and we closed in 19 days. That gave us an advantage to other buyers. We can't thank Shaz enough. Every place we buy, Shaz is our guy. Unless there's a catastrophic economic collapse, and even then, I think Shaz is still our guy. 100% recommend.

Not only did a consult with Shaz but also compared his "numbers" with other institutions. I'm please to share that Shaz was able to get me better rates hands down. My experience with Shaz was extremely pleasant from day one! Not only did he make me feel very comfortable but I felt like I was dealing with family and not just another business transaction. We were in a 6--7 month "relationship" due to different offers being submitted on different properties. He made all these months fly by with ease. I can't say enough how helpful Shaz was. Always available for any questions and very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Thanks again Shaz!!!

TLDR: The Tuttle Group utterly astounded us with an effortless, friendly, speedy, and (believe it…read moreor not) FUN refinance as self-employed individuals when no one else wanted to help. We decided to refinance our home to make some improvements and clear out some high-interest debt. We assumed (erroneously) that our credit union, which had held the current mortgage for 15 years plus our bank accounts and car notes, and a flawless history of payments with them, would have no trouble refinancing us, even though we are now self-employed, and making 3x what we made when they initially approved us. ***WRONG!!!*** After literally MONTHS of asking for documents, changing rates, long delays waiting for info from underwriting, and unanswered questions, we finally abandoned them in search of unconventional financing routes. We looked specifically for brokers in the area who specialize in self-employed people, and found a few. Some seemed a bit "green," some sounded less than friendly or just weren't interested in a smaller refi. But Tatiana with the Tuttle Group was super friendly when she reached out, and helped us arrange a video consultation with Andy Tuttle, the wizard of the Tuttle Group. During the 30 minutes that Andy spoke with us, it was like a crash course in financial planning. Everything he said made so much sense, and we learned more about mortgage refinancing than MONTHS of online research and questions we had asked to our credit union. Andy was up-front and told us that our best option might, indeed, be to go with the offer our credit union had finally extended, and that he might not be able to beat it. Still, he took the time to explain how refinancing in this "terrible Fed-rate" era could be financially advantageous to us, and told us to check once more with our credit union to see their final terms and if they were still locked in. I was astounded that he would take that kind of time to talk to a customer he likely wouldn't get any money from. We decided to proceed with the Tuttle Group, even if they couldn't offer us a better rate, simply because it was a PLEASURE dealing with them, they treated us like family, and everything Andy said made such good sense. Throughout the 2-ish weeks that ensued, their awesome mortgage gal Annie checked in with us regularly to make sure all our questions were answered. They seemingly required FAR less documentation than anyone else. But their stated tactic was to present a perfect, iron-clad package to underwriting up-front, so that there would be an instant approval and there wouldn't be a need for further questions or documentation. (Imagine that???) In what seemed like the blink of an eye, we were approved and ushered through closing. We simply could not be more impressed with the Tuttle Group. We've helped numerous friends and family through the mortgage process, and it's always like being put through a medieval torture device. This is the first time getting approved and closing was a PLEASURE. We NEVER had to contact them for questions, because they were always checking in to make sure all ours were answered. They were super friendly, familiar, informal-yet-professional, and we always felt like they had our backs and had everything under control. We actually looked forward to their calls and emails...imagine that??? Even though were were looking for a silly, small refinance and shouldn't have been worth their time, we felt like we had called up a dear family member who gave us the "hook up" our situation clearly didn't warrant. Astounded. Impressed. Thrilled. Grateful. These are some of the things we feel after our experience with the Tuttle Group. And I have absolutely no doubt your experience will leave you feeling the same.

This is one of the worst HOAs I have experienced…read more There is a clear lack of consistency and fairness in enforcement. Some residents are allowed to paint their homes completely black or install stark white roofs that are completely out of character with the neighborhood, with no action taken for obvious violations, while others are scrutinized for minor requests. They create unnecessary obstacles for residents regarding permits and approvals, even when homeowners are fully compliant with HOA rules and regulations. The management team is consistently rude, dismissive, and shows little interest in understanding residents' concerns. The delays and inefficiency in processing even basic requests make the system feel outdated and dysfunctional. Despite paying some of the highest HOA fees in the Dallas region, residents see little value in return. These fees continue to increase year over year without any visible improvement in service or facilities. The gym is poorly maintained, with dirty equipment, lack of basic supplies such as tissues and sanitizers, and general neglect. Cleaning appears superficial and inconsistent, and basic hygiene standards are not being met. Other common facilities are in similarly poor condition. Many residents feel less like homeowners and more like tenants, with the HOA acting as landlords rather than a service organization meant to support the community. In summary: an unresponsive, slow, inconsistent, and unprofessional HOA with poor facility management and declining service standards.
