It took about two months, being brushed off several times, and many phone calls before I finally received my design. Although I had spent hours drawing and detailing the design it looked like it was done by a 3yr old. Even worse, it was not what we discussed. Ken had recommended the t-shirt color and it was done on the wrong color. Swim and Sport toold me they would fix it and get it to me by the end of the week. I waited those 3 days and the next week. When I finally called again, they told me that they could not do the shirt. I will never again use the services of this company and recommend that people avoid them as well.

While I did make a few design changes that understandably extended the timeline, the project began in February 2026, and as of July 9, 2026, my company hat and T-shirt order still had not been completed. I remained patient throughout the process and allowed additional time due to the design changes. However, when I asked for updates or questioned the ongoing delays, I felt my concerns were not handled in a respectful manner. What should have been a straightforward order turned into months of frustration. When the shirts finally arrived, the logos were crooked and off-center. After I brought the issue to Carmen's attention and explained that I was unhappy with both the quality of the shirts and how the order had been handled, he refused to correct the problem. Instead of remaking and replacing the defective shirts, Carmen became combative in his communication with me and canceled the remainder of my order, stating that he was concerned I might again claim the workmanship was not done correctly if he proceeded with a replacement order. That seemed expensive, but I didn't have anything to compare it to so I went with it. I called a month and a half later and asked why I wasn't notified that it was completed. I was told that they tried calling when it was done but my voicemail was full. I was disappointed they didn't try calling a second time and the shirts set finished for weeks before I reached out to them. Perhaps they're better to work with for bigger orders, but I wouldn't recommend them for small jobs.
