OMG! Danny is highly skilled in his craft. If you have a leak then this is your guy. Detected the leak in the slab, jack-hammered, repaired pipes, resealed the hole with cement. All this in 2 1/2 hours. It is obvious he is very experienced and can get in and out of jobs quickly, efficiently and all done with quality. Fair price for quality work. We did have another leak detector guy come out prior who was unable to localize the leak and recommended Danny and his company. So that's another reason to call Danny , people in his same line of work recommend him. Aside from the fact that he is a friendly, good, honest man. Call him.

This is the wall that he dry walled and taped and left it as finished. There is Dips and is not even close to being smooth.

Dan offered to do repairs at my moms house after he fix the leak and he went by what the other company gave her an estimate of $8000 so he came in at $4500 so he layed the flooring in the bathroom upstairs and dry walled the main wall but tried to cut corners by not finishing the drywall behind the vanity. In the picture with the chair rail is the main wall that he came back to finish. Still unacceptable. On his first completion date He left my mom's kitchen with a brown ceiling where they had done the repairs. I called him up and I said how in the world could you do this and be in business? He replied I'm gonna fix that and that is all I'm going to fix. So I then discovered that the drywall behind the vanity hadn't been finished and you could see drywall tape through his texturing and I saw how bad his work was. So he returned yesterday with another worker and when he left he had my mom sign "very satisfied" On his new invoice. But in all due respect my mom has gout and could not walk and inspect his work. Dan's Work is unacceptable . I will be filing a complaint with contractors licensing board Better Business Bureau everywhere I can file it

What a fantastic experience! Starting off with meeting their salesman Julien who showed up on time,…read morewearing a company shirt and listened to what type of system I wanted and what my budget was and then presented me with 3 options all within my budget and within 2 hours of our meeting! Next came the 3 person installation crew: Aaron, Johnathan and Jesus Jr. They showed up on time, in uniform and introduced themselves to me. They installed my new split system ac unit with an inverter compressor with a gas heat fan coil unit and installed new diffusers throughout the house in 10.5 hours working non-stop (I gave them access to the drinks in my mini fridge to keep them hydrated) but I was very impressed with their work ethic! They even fixed the 2 pre-existing issues I had with no air flow in 2 of 3 rooms by rounding out my duct work that had become squished. In the course of moving the old fan coil unit out and the new fan coil unit into the attic, the ceiling sheetrock was cracked; they took pictures and reported it to their boss and brought it to my attention. So, Next Level scheduled a repair man for the ceiling and a Tech to investigate the lack of air flow in the kitchen. 2 days later Roberto and Bryon showed up first thing in the morning. Roberto not only did a great job repairing my ceiling, he also repaired the area around the new thermostat that needed touching up. Bryon adjusted the volume dampers we added to our existing ductwork to force more air to the kitchen that had always been starved of air flow. My whole house is now very comfortable and I'm actually looking forward to receiving my electric bill to see how much I'll be saving!!! I found Next Level by using Google AI and asking for the best AC companies with the best pricing and the highest customer satisfaction ratings and Next Level was one of five companies I interviewed. They obviously have earned their reputation in this valley!!! Thanks again to everyone at Next Level for taking of me.

Also, he told me about the rebate which no one else did until I contacted them back and talked about the estimate. So I recommend this company for service and installation. Pricing is exceptionable. And response on service is excellent.

But every morning I make eggs for my Standard Poodle, and apparently I've been sending the shells down the garbage disposal for years. As it turns out: egg shells + grease + time = a very expensive science experiment. Eric and Luis from USA Drain and Plumbing Works came to the rescue. They explained that our drains needed a full cleaning after years of buildup from oil and my "oops" egg shell habit. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel silly for not knowing that egg shells don't belong in the disposal. What impressed me most was their respect for our home. They wore paper shoe covers while walking on our carpet--a small touch that speaks volumes. Excellent service, great communication, and now both my drains and I are much wiser. The poodle is still getting his eggs, but the egg shells are officially retired from plumbing duty. Highly recommend Eric, Luis, and USA Drain and Plumbing Works!

I decide to have them install it and a new fan blade to quiet it down. He installed them and checked out the system. Since everything was OK, he suggested moving the whole condenser unit to the side of the house away from the patio. He did a great job, and we are so happy with the solution to quiet down our patio. Thanks, and I highly recommend J&M.

We got all kinds of technical information, like: Capacitor CFM Fan Motor - 7.5 reading in the 6.2 and so it might fail in the future. They can install a (permanent) one for $340. Our Freon was full but it costs $200/lb. and we'd need 8-13 lbs. If/when we do need a whole new unit, he'd recommend that plus "new duct work" costing around $15-20k, so we can plan ahead. Our Refrigerant R-22 has been discontinued, units with R-410A will be discontinued soon, and the new refrigerants are R-54b or R-32. Super good information and no pressure upselling to get us to do more that day. Mr. Mathias was very pleasant to talk to and we were feeling comfortable enough to talk about our families. We wholeheartedly recommend J&M to come out for routine service and maintenance. It was only $108 today. I will post some before and after photos.
