I wasn't sure if we had any wires along the side of the house but while preparing the ground they cut 2 wires (our internet line). Not a huge deal, I didn't know they were there. Got those repaired and stone walkway was installed. Few weeks later my husband says I need to call them back.. some of the stones have collapsed. Dan Human showed me pictures of his previous jobs, quoted me a very reasonable price and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Now my deck looks better then when it was first done. Not only did Dan Human leave our pool deck looking nothing like the sample he gave us due to improper preparation of the product and not following manufactures instructions. He cheated us out of a second coat by but says he "added more on the fist coat". This is not consistent with the lack of coverage all throughout the job. The base material was mixed incorrectly leaving the finished product pitting and cracking after just days. When Dan realized he ordered the wrong caulking he decided to apply it anyway and just "paint" over it causing the product to bubble, pop and remain sticky. With all the issues the final product was too rough to walk on. Due to not protecting our landscaping rocks we were left with product sprayed and dripped everywhere. not to mention the drips on our pool and liner. When Dan was asked to give us a letter of responsibility and clear summery of what he planned to fix and how he planned to do it, he failed to give us such letter. Dans overall verbal explanation of what would be done and when changed from day to day. He looked to only "fix" the really bad spot and leave the bad ones. It became very clear that Dan was unable to give us the product he sold us and assured us he could do. Dan offered us $1100 to cover the absolute mess he left us which was not even 1/3 of what it will cost us to complete the job. Note that Dan was sure to post pictures of our pool from a distance for advertisement and each time I leave a message that this job was left a mess he just "deletes" the comments and leaves the advertisement photos. There is nothing professional about Dan Human. You can see how poorly New Day protected our pool and landscaping and the huge difference between the sample and what we were left with. The pitting product and lack of coverage was just the bonus Dan left us with. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY LEAVE YOUR POOL LIKE THIS.

Wade came and gave us the most comprehensive and detailed bid out of all the contractors, included several features we hadn't even thought of and gave us a very competitive price, especially with some additional elements he recommended (retaining walls and drainage. Wade uses a small and trusted crew and we had no issues with any of his crew. We ended us adding several additional features and Wade worked with us on how to integrate them and he gave very transparent quotes on the additional work we requested. He was also very open to feedback on small details we wanted adjusted or altered and did so without extra charges - he was very clear in his goal that we be happy with his work and also it was clear to us he took a significant amount of pride in his work. In the end, we turned the project into a major one and it has turned out magnificent. We plan to use Wade again to do another patio/play area in our backyard and we would highly recommend him.

We paid $2,300.00 to have pavers sanded and sealed. Sealer was applied so thin or watered down that it did nothing. The sand started coming out of the joints when the wind blew. They used regular sand and it never hardened in the joint at all. Matt has scheduled to come back over a dozen times but never shows up and does not return calls, texts or emails. Horrible company !

I will try to be brief indicating my displeasure with this organization. 1. Scheduled to work and did not show up for 1 week. 2. Advised this work would take 1 week and it took 2 weeks. He sent only 2 workers and when he was not here they would take breaks to be on the phone. One of his workers. A man with long blond braids urinated in the yard next to the bushes. My husband saw him and told him not to do that again or he would report him. We had offered our toilet if they needed it. We did not want him to lose his job so we said nothing. But at this point I might as well tell all. They also left a terrible mess when cutting stones in the yard which killed some of the grass. 3. The job was poorly completed and I had to have them come out again to re-do the work before payment was made. We had been told the stones would be light in color and most were black and had to be removed and replaced. 4. About 1/3 of the grout between stones is no longer there. It has washed away with the rain. 5. The sealant has washed away. (guess that is why the grout has disappeared). 6. The stones that were laid on top of the existing patio remained in place, however, the stones surrounding the patio have all dropped in height. Probably from improper compacting of the sand below it. This looks terrible and is a potential tripping hazard. 7. We called and sent emails to Matt Dombrowski, the owner of the business. We received a response saying he would schedule an appointment to come see the job as it is supposedly under warranty. 8.Time passed and he did not call. We emailed again and have been doing so for literally months. 9. I have left voice messages. I have continued to send emails and I have even gone to the web site and left a message where a new customer would request an appraisal. 10. Thus far we have had no response. 11. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If there were a place to indicate less than one star I would. Buyer beware!! It is now March 19, 2021 and still have not heard anything. I have been more than patient considering his business may have suffered with covid-19 or possibly worse, perhaps someone he knows. I have called, left messages and texts. But my patients has worn almost as thin as the grout and sealer they used. I am having the patio repaired and going to small claims court for restitution. I strongly recommend not using them. I have filed with the Better Business Bureau and hope that I can save another family from being ripped off. As senior citizens we live on a fixed income and the money was wasted. What a shame.
