This was a large and expensive porch, patio and retaining wall project and we have a front step that is not level or smooth ( and off color) , a porch with very rough areas and lots of debris and clean up to deal with. They were also supposed to grade for the retaining wall and I paid for that but we were left to go and rent a backhoe to push the mountains of dirt back that they had created. I have a pile of concrete they left in the driveway that I cannot remove. They broke a water line getting a stump out and left us on a Friday night with no water - trying to find plumber ourselves so we would have water for the weekend.

They rebuilt the wall and put the proper netting, drainage and bricks in place. My plants were protected as well. I need repainting but I am attaching some proof of great work. He let me know the morning of when he was on his way and progress getting here (his commute was 90 minutes away). I got a quote for material and he offered to call and get a better price and then I called in to pay for it. What a kind gesture! He and his crew were timely and efficient. Eric explained the process and showed us what he was going to do. When he ran out of material, he got more and when he charged us for the material and trip, he didn't price gouge. He showed us the receipt for the additional materials and that is what we paid. We couldn't be more happy with job and Eric's professionalism. This crook was not even present when concrete came! He had people show up they had 7" deep on our…read morepatio and ran out before the end! He's not been able to be reached since! The job was 3000. It's cracked and busted and only 3 months old. Quote to tear out and replace is only way it's unrepairable, cost is 25,000.00! That much damage from 3000. Dollar repair. We are having to sue as Albert will not even be decent enough to return our calls or attempt to make right. Workers were not experienced. It was 7" deep on one end and there are holes in it 3" deep. Unusable. I have also reported to every govt agency bbb and gov office on consumer affairs before hiring a lawyer. He's got like 5 pages of customers he's sued to be paid bc work is not acceptable. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS MANS CONCERN. It's all a well oiled machine he's been doing for years involving concrete that's leftovers, promises complete professional work, doesn't even have insurance to cover I can find. He stopped being reached hour before trucks came. His workers got there about 15 min before concrete truck left. It was a mess. Said they would get with Albert who was pouring his own concrete that's day! Never have reached him again!
