Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing for several reasons. The main reasons was his lack of planning for the amount of material required to complete the job and failing to return to complete the project. As of 29 October 25, he and/or his team has yet to complete the project. I have called, texted and emailed him numerous times with no response. This lack of action prompted me to search online for reviews of this company and what I found on numerous sites was that Mr Money (Alex) has failed to complete numerous other customer's projects. Shame on me for putting my trust in him. Now I have to spend more money to contract another company to finish the job.

Do not recommend Peachtree pavers. Spent over $9K on a driveway project with them and the owner,…read moreMatt has taken zero accountability for the outcome. He has provided numerous excuses as to why the additional pavers are not level including, I did not meet him on-site and "specifically ask" that the additional pavers be installed level, he sees nothing wrong with it and that this is what he would do at his own home. Because he did "only" what I asked, they've wiped their hands clean of the project. I communicated to the contractor that I would have been happy to pay more money if it meant getting additional pavers installed level. There has been no proposal to fix the issue or remedy it even by payment. I found this contractor thru Belgard certified contractors because I trusted that they fully vet their contractors. I've obviously reached out to Belgard directly express dissatisfaction on the project. I've worked with numerous contactors over the years for different types of projects and this experience has been extremely frustrating. The final outcome and lack of professionalism on the back end from Matt is bothersome. Again, do not use this company. I am prepared for a lengthy response with numerous reasons as to why the outcome was a "great" one. The pictures of where they "installed" brand new pavers shows enough. This was not simply following street elevation. Take the money and run contractor. Their communication after the project was at its best when offering promotional swag 3 times soliciting us to leave positive reviews.

On top of the repair work destroying the landscape, all this amazing Georgia rain had washed away the soil. we had piles of dirt and sand along our fence lines. It was a MESS. Coooer started us with expectations and scheduling over the phone. He and Cody worked together as if it was one representative - we never had to explain ourselves twice! Cody and I walked through the job and expectations of 'beautiful on a budget'. He created the design idea on the fly, during the free consultation. The images he described were perfect for what we were looking for. Further, of the three companies bidding, Apex was the only company that agreed to do the full job of grading, drainage, and replace the landscape. About a week after the 2.5 days of work, we had a major storm. All the rain water flowed perfectly through the new drain system - proving we made the right choice. Apex split the quotes and the billing with us annd our neighbor. At the same time, they brought us together on the plans and finished job. We and our neighbors are amazed and pleased!
