Extremely disappointing behavior. I have been there in person a few times but ordered delivery from…read morethem more times than I can count since they opened in 2024. They had a very good selection of brands. The prices teetered on high--but that is New York State's fault and the weekly specials were very good. The delivery service was on point. But honestly they get reduced to two stars for the ownership/management choosing to break the law and jeopardize the store, the staff, and the customers and area they service. Let's not forget their opening mission: a shared goal to serve working-class people through their dispensary. So great, you're closed and the other dispensaries are raising their prices in response and all your customers can go screw themselves? Was that it?

I arrived close to closing and some pink haired chick with an authority complex immediately told me "you have 5 mins to check out. If you haven't, you are out!" I explained to the lovely woman at the counter, the kiosk wasn't working to which said Miss attitude said, no no, I'll take you over here. I explained again the kiosk wasn't working and I was trying to get some sodas. The other girl asked which ones I'd like, to which pinky said "no he's not getting them" Wtf? I really don't know what on earth just happened or why. Pinky needs to get some staff discount on the products

The best i would say are Olivia and Eileen. No matter issue or question they are there to help. I saw a few reviews below that i don't think are helpful reviews on the store. For one with the person who came in seconds to close- should have done one order or show up 5 minutes earlier. Close is close- its a business and the employees don't set the hours. They care so much about what they put out. Olivia asks how the products were and always informs me about my points and any new promotions. The prices are always different because they have a sale of 20% storewide on a different day once a week, every week. Only con is they are Closed Sundays and they open fairly late in the day at 11 or 12 depending on the day.
