The best medical dispensary around. Ive been coming here for 2 years now and its by far the best location. The employees are all extremely welcoming and helpful. The best i would say are Olivia and Eileen. No matter issue or question they are there to help. I saw a few reviews below that i don't think are helpful reviews on the store. For one with the person who came in seconds to close- should have done one order or show up 5 minutes earlier. Close is close- its a business and the employees don't set the hours. They care so much about what they put out. Olivia asks how the products were and always informs me about my points and any new promotions. The prices are always different because they have a sale of 20% storewide on a different day once a week, every week. Only con is they are Closed Sundays and they open fairly late in the day at 11 or 12 depending on the day. read more

Olivia is TOP NOTCH!!!! Always VERY HELPFUL. She is polite and very respectful and knowledgeable however the pharmacist is not only very RUDE but while Olivia is helping me the pharmacist kept coming to her to rush with me. I will NOT go in when she is there it's not the blond pharmacist it's the short I think some foreign woman. She is DEFINITELY NOT an asset to your company or store I have read some reviews and they are not very welcoming. Again I can't say enough good about Olivia is TOP NOTCH very knowledgeable and polite it's VERY SAD that she isn't allowed to spend time explaining things to you due to this RUDE and OBNOXIOUS pharmacist. Unpleasant experience for the most part people not helpful or friendly and product sold are inferior and if you have a problem forget about any restitution. Avoid there are far better places. read more

Visited on sale day and got great buys. We signed up for email list so we are informed. Olivia's service and knowledge was beyond exceptional! She knows the products "front and back". The prices fluctuate so much , they scam you out of every deal your supposed to get , they lied about their own policy when it says one coupon per customer per visit, they said they meant day and would not let me come back. And their products are ALWAYS under weight. read more

I'm bummed out first Time I came here. I picked up an ounce the price was good But hard gummy buds That didn't cure correctly leaving a moldy smell and taste. I complained and they couldn't do anything about it ,except complain to the company Where the Bud came from, I was not able to get in touch with anybody or leave a complaint. I had this happen Twice in Connecticut a Connecticut Which was not a medical dispenser, they replaced or gave me my money back.. I have been coming to this dispensary for the past three years and other than an emergency one time I have frequented only here. And it is not at all convenient. I will say I live in Rhinebeck. It's an hour to get down here an hour to get back. I have a toddler and a husband that works weird hours. So every time I have to come here I need to get somebody to take the ride with me so that someone can stay in the car with the baby while I run in. This is extra inconvenient because they're not open on Sundays and Sunday is obviously the day that it's the easiest to get someone to come with me. With all that being said, they know that I'm a loyal customer. However, on this random Friday night, they were completely rude and unprofessional. I placed my order online the way that I always do. In the three years of me coming there if I'm ever cutting it close to the time of clothes, they always always always have called to say we're closing and I usually say I'm in your parking lot running up right now. Well today, my girlfriend and I both placed pre-orders. We had my baby in the car and she ran in to get hers and she told the girls inside that she was gonna run out and let me run in at this point. It was like 6:58 as soon as she got to the car I jumped out and I ran up to the door Where they proceeded to let me stand for 10 minutes and I'm calling them and I'm waving at them through the windows and they are literally signaling me like with their hand under their chin like no like cut off and I'm pretty much like jumping up and down like I placed a pre-order Please let me just pick up my order. I live an hour away like please don't do this and the one girl with her kinky black hair, basically shrugged her shoulders, and looked at me like she didn't know what was going on. And the other trash bag that was behind the counter that had just helped my friend that had just been informed that I was coming in to pick up my order was swinging her arms back-and-forth like a referee like no no you're out! My girlfriend said that when she was at the counter picking her order up, this chick looked like she was nodding out. Like she looked like she was Hella on one or on five of something. Like why on earth would she not have told my girlfriend no sorry tell her her clothes not to come in like it doesn't make sense. She literally had just been told that I was coming to pick up mine so I would imagine she probably was on drugs if she didn't understand those simple words or at least enough to comprehend them to respond back with they weren't going to let me pick my order up. At the end of the day, they just lost a good customer that spread nothing but cheer and good words about them to anyone that would listen because I was so happy coming here in comparison to my one other emergency visit to the medical place in Kingston, where I was totally put off. It was night and day, and I was willing to take the 2 1/2 hours out of my day to come here every 3 to 4 weeks. Now moving forward, I will be definitely sure to tell everyone and anyone that I know to never come here again Because they clearly have no respect or consideration for their patients time. read more

Used to love this dispensary when it was Citiva. Always had amazing customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Now they do not pick up the phone, do not return emails, and are only open Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This is not the way to run a business. Very very disappointed. read more
