Medical side menu is underwhelming considering the adult use side has all the good choices. I first started coming here back in 2023 and loved being a patient. Products were fresh and worked well. Lately everything has been dry and doesn't work. Ive gotten the wrong order on 3 separate occasions (left the store and everything and didnt notice till i got home) not all the employees check the product when cashing you out. Worst of all ive had an employee take my points from me and pocket it. When i know before coming in the store how much i have in points and the guy tells me i have none so i give him the full price and once im gone he takes the points off and pockets some of my money. This certain employer has done this more than once. Another time i came with 20's for a $130 order, i put my money on the counter and he messed it all up "on accident" then somehow i was $20 short and needed to give him another $20. I haven't been back since. Ive seen 2 guys bake out their car in the front then go back into the store and i see them working behind the register. This place is good if you like rules that constantly change, sub par customer service, and products constantly out of stock. When I first started coming here two years ago, it was a different story. Two years ago, the employees were friendly and helpful. Now everyone seems miserable. Plus if you ask two employees you get two different answers. A lot of my complaints are minor, but annoying enough that I would rather check out other places. I ended up going to another location in Queens and it was worth the drive. Take today as an example. I called this morning to see if they had a particular product in stock (I will note I switched to it because an employee told me it was better than the chews or tincture). Whoever answered the phone said they had so much, there was no reason to put it aside for me. I show up 4 hours later and ... it's out of stock. Also, I tried to come in without a piece of paper two months ago and was turned away (they have it in their system). Today I was told I don't need to show it every time. So which is it? When I was in a few months ago they had a cute little Gingerbread house. Making conversation, I said it was cute to an employee. The employee laughed and said it got broken because employees took it out back to do bong hits. read more

Nobody is there to help you or answer questions, they won't even take your order word of mouth. An order must be placed with the kiosk but you cannot pay at the same kiosk? Since they opened the recreational business in the Hudson Valley NY, which is in the same building as the Medical business, they have significantly reduced the flower inventory in the medical business. This place sells marijuana and products. They sell it but they also sell hope, help with pain, etc. They have sales people who don't know their product but push whatever they can. I have spent thousands buying medication for my mom who had metastatic cancer. Their products break , burn out, melt, leak, you name it. Their return policy is you bought it you keep it. No exceptions. After giving this place 3 tries, I give up and now travel into Westchester or NYC. Their products are inconsistent, sales people not knowledgeable and their staff, out for money and not to help or educate people on pain management. I was thrilled to discover that Curaleaf opened for recreational use. I visited their location for the first time this weekend and was impressed by how clean and visually appealing it was. While I initially came in for the White Widow strain, I was disappointed with their Hashburgh strain. It doesn't smoke properly, with the hash appearing black and constantly shutting off, which usually indicates spraying. Be careful folks. read more

I've passed their sign from I-84W and was curious what it was. So this trip; I made a detour to find out. We went up to the door and read the sign that someone will let you in. There were 2 men standing out side; talking to each other. Didn't pay much attention to them. They said to wait, and if we had papers? I asked "Like a drivers license?" They were very polite and slightly amused. That's when they explained it's not a regular retail shop. You have to have a script/prescription from your doctor to purchase anything and even without Covid, it's not like going to the galleria. Curaleaf delivered bad/defective product, I'm disabled -and limited in my mobility - they then told me I needed to physically get there ( over two hours away ) in order to return it within 7 days - an impossibility in my condition. When I attempted to explain my circumstance the response was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional etc -then they "botched" / never showed up for the next delivery after calling and leaving a message the day before that they would be there the next day ( I understand that goes against their policy so I don't know what that was about other than messing with me perhaps ? ) I then waited all day and canceled an important doctors appointment I had scheduled for months to accommodate their only delivery schedule offered ( after insisting I put in ANOTHER several hundred dollar order in order to be refunded for the bad product that they delivered after being gracious enough to wait a month to "return" it ) I believe it was with with retaliatory intention after I made a complaint about my initial treatment to a "superior" - I ultimately decided not to be treated with such dysfunction and contempt and didn't feel comfortable spending several more hundred on another potentially defective product again that would possibly be needed to return in order to recoup my money for a single defective product. To this day ( several months later ) they've never made good on the defective product. They have been reported to the Department Of Justice "disability rights" division in hopes someone else can avoid such a poor experience. It was my only choice feeling I have limited recourse with my disability/ability and conditions. Not sure if anything will come of that. It is unfortunate as I was an initial and "loyal" customer. Those types of situations de-legitimatize medical cannabis as a viable option and as an alternative to those who are disabled and in chronic pain with limited option. They definitely in my situation used their leverage and position in a negative way to take advantage of already an marginalized individual. read more
