I completely recommend a stop here. As a veteran of many years' worth of dispensary visits (in many states), this is an excellent one. I love that they love what they are doing. The place is clean, well-lit, easy parking, and right off the thruway -- what more can you ask for? Only downside is that because they're so popular, they occasionally run out of certain items, but overall they stay pretty well stocked. Still have to try their pickup and delivery services. For one with the person who came in seconds to close- should have done one order or show up 5 minutes earlier. Close is close- its a business and the employees don't set the hours. They care so much about what they put out. Olivia asks how the products were and always informs me about my points and any new promotions. The prices are always different because they have a sale of 20% storewide on a different day once a week, every week. Only con is they are Closed Sundays and they open fairly late in the day at 11 or 12 depending on the day.

1 Star - Pathetic Customer Experience…read more Went to Big Gas Dispensary today, and I was absolutely appalled by the so-called "security guard" on duty. It's two days before Christmas, the parking lot is full (obviously), and this guy thinks it's his job to harass paying customers about where to park when there's nowhere to park! Instead of focusing on actual security, he's out there acting like a parking lot dictator. News flash: this is a dispensary, not a high-security government building. How about focusing on making the shopping experience smoother for stressed-out holiday customers instead of power-tripping in a chaotic parking lot? Big Gas, do better. I won't be back anytime soon.
