Products were fresh and worked well. Lately everything has been dry and doesn't work. Ive gotten the wrong order on 3 separate occasions (left the store and everything and didnt notice till i got home) not all the employees check the product when cashing you out. Worst of all ive had an employee take my points from me and pocket it. When i know before coming in the store how much i have in points and the guy tells me i have none so i give him the full price and once im gone he takes the points off and pockets some of my money. This certain employer has done this more than once. Another time i came with 20's for a $130 order, i put my money on the counter and he messed it all up "on accident" then somehow i was $20 short and needed to give him another $20. I haven't been back since. Ive seen 2 guys bake out their car in the front then go back into the store and i see them working behind the register. Then Scott, who blessed me with a pre-roll the first time I shopped here, went above and beyond by asking me to give him my feedback of the new brand on site "High 5s", which are these great little pre-rolls, infused with all that good stuff!! While looking around at the different tables with flower, distillates, gummies and such I came across "Hudson Cannabis" boasting the "best hash in NY". So of course I had to grab some of that!!! As well as the infamous "DANK" glass tip pre-roll blunts. After all was said and done... 10% off of the Hash and the Blunt they hit me with a #goodybag fully equipped with a lighter, matches, sun glasses, snap back caps and to top it off..... a perfect sized glass blown bowl!! For one with the person who came in seconds to close- should have done one order or show up 5 minutes earlier. Close is close- its a business and the employees don't set the hours. They care so much about what they put out. Olivia asks how the products were and always informs me about my points and any new promotions. The prices are always different because they have a sale of 20% storewide on a different day once a week, every week. Only con is they are Closed Sundays and they open fairly late in the day at 11 or 12 depending on the day.
