Staying at the hotel across the street I came here to add to my Peanut Butter collection and pick up a couple of Protein bars as they were having a buy one get one 50% sale on the entire store which has a large inventory. The store is well laid out staff were very welcoming. Browsing the store I noticed they had a free sample display of hemp hearts.. you don't see these samples to help yourself in my local store's which was nice and as I like the product on my Greek Yogurt picked one up to take back the hotel along with my 2 Nut Butters and handful of Protein bars. I love Vitamin Shoppe because prices are always great and the selection is better than most competitive stores.

However I usually am trusting and don't look at receipts if I had not paid attention I would have been out this $15! Important I guess to double check receipts. Needs also vary between type of WLS (RNY vs DS vs GS vs Lap Band, etc) and Vitalady has everything needed for all types of WLS. Some of the items they carry I've not been able to find anywhere else, either in store or online.
