I was being told I would need additional panel or breaker upgrades, which would have added quite a bit to the cost. Austin was completely upfront from the beginning. He reviewed what was actually needed, provided a clear and fair bid, and was able to complete the installation without the unnecessary upgrades and added costs that others were recommending. That transparency was a huge reason I decided to go with Electrical Insight, and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy. I am in the final stages of selling a property and Carlos led his team to do a thorough electrical inspection and fix a list of requests from the buyers. He found many things that the house inspector overlooked, and we were able to take care of many issues to bring the property up to code - safety wise. But what is more impressive, is that Carlos heard arcing from the main panel, realized we had a much bigger issue, communicated all of this quickly! He caught was noone else did and probably saved the property from a much bigger isseu! Nathan provided the better price. He was also ok with using the switch I already bought without really knowing that they usually use a interlock and sub panel. Anyway he did the whole installation and testing on a Saturday morning. Flush mount would look better but wasn't room and it's not like it's a new house. He showed he how everything works and tested it with the generator running I am so happy Don't Have worry about power outages this year I'm ready!
