I used to work in the Federal Building in downtown San Diego and always used these guys on my jobs. They are cleared by the Gov't, they do quality work and always beat everyone on price. They stand behind their work, and I have even had them do jobs in very secure areas after hours un-escorted, as I do not worry about anything with them. We called Leading Locksmith after dinner on a Thursday when our elderly neighbors came to us for help when they couldn't get into their home. Greg came to the rescue and was beyond polite, comforting, and efficient. Our pet sitter lost our key, so we figured now is the time to upgrade our old deadbolt to a combo lock. Greg not only replaced the deadbolt, but fixed the strike pad that was loose, rekeyed all the other house locks, fixed a broken lock, and went over how to use the new combo lock with us. I kept Greg's contact information in my phone as he had helped with our front door and garage door in the past. I called him recently when our fairly new Baldwin lock wouldn't work and therefore I could not lock an outside door when leaving the house - the door was left unlocked all day! Greg was very busy for a couple days and with my work schedule, we could not find a good time to meet. We decided that he would address it alone. I gave him my address and where to find the keys inside the house. He let himself in, found the house key, fixed the lock, locked the door and emailed me an invoice. I called Greg to change the locks on my condo which recently became a rental. It wasn't a rush job but he called me back within an hour and was at the condo the same day (today).
