The teacher he had seemed uninterested and he came home with messy underwear (still didn't wipe his own butt at 3 1/2 so they should have been helping). The director seemed unhappy and unfit to work there. Fast forward to the new management (I believe they were bought by kinder care) and they now have awesome new teachers to replace some of the old ones, they have cleaner facilities (used to be pretty gross) and all around my son seems happier. The place is absolutely beautiful but they needed to work out some kinks and it seems that they have. I'm happy that my kiddo is at Creme! I think he'll be better prepared for kindergarten.

As an educator myself, the teacher student ratio was attractive to me, I came and observed the classrooms and liked what I saw, but the teachers have kept our family overjoyed with the school. They get to know your child on a personal level and meet them where they're at. Through every challenge my children have faced, the teachers have met their needs with grace and kindness. As a parent, I know the difference, and it's frustrating when concerns are dismissed instead of taken seriously. Children deserve a safe environment where staff recognize inappropriate behavior early and handle situations fairly. I hope the center improves supervision and takes parents' concerns more seriously.
