Hurray!!!They have professional athletes as well as below average athletes like me. Mix crowed like this makes very good community. Spending time at athlete lounge and Coaches meeting every Thursday were amazing. CFDF people were the only friends I had in Indy. Very nice and helpful people. I will miss this place. They offered 24/7 access to the facility, by way of going through the Anytime Fitness that is located next door to them. This was key for me because my schedule didn't line up with their class schedule, but I could go and do the posted workouts at anytime! Even better, there was always a coach available that I could get clarification for movements that I wasn't familiar with. They program for crossfit, AFL (Advanced Fat Loss), Strength, and Physique training! I loved the different workout options and their program is definitely a challenge, but like any program, it's adjustable. I think this helps to maintain a positive, non-judgmental atmosphere because you're all there for a similar reason but you're probably all participating in different programs. They have an incredible staff of coaches. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and they truly know their movements. Noah, Anthony, and Jesse were super helpful and friendly with their feedback. These guys won't steer you wrong, regardless of the programming you participate in. The facility is clean and well maintained. If you need help with nutrition, they work with a Registered Dietitian who can help and they work with a meal prep and delivery service. Y'all, this place makes getting in shape a breeze. They have every service you need. Moreover, all of the staff and members that I came in contact with, were fantastic people. As I learn all the moves one coach is specifically helping me to make each thing doable at my level (ex a regular burpee would be impossible at my size/fitness level so he showed me how to scale it to what I can do now but still be challenging). They also provide nutritional coaching and daily checks ins which are so helpful! It's not easy but so far I'm loving the benefits!
