The brown is a very cool tone almost black and does not match my natural hair color like I asked(it looks a lot better on camera than in person). She was nice and said my hair was an experiment for her but when I told her I was not pleased she refused to refund me anything. She offered to fix it but since it's very inconsistent, I doubt it would be better a second time.

Granted it was one of her first attempts, but it was a bit long and needless to say, my husband wasn't in a good humor about waiting so long for me. Yes, he did do plenty of errands, but he still had to wait when he returned. The nails ended up bumpy and didn't last. Not worth the price. I hope she's learned to apply them better.
