When I've gotten them back with my corrective lens, they don't end up fitting my face well. I ask them to adjust them and they do, but they still don't fit well and either fall off my face or hurt my ears. Their customer service is decent. There are a lot of employees there so you don't have to wait too long to be seen but not all have great customer service skills. Some appear annoyed that they have to get up to assist you and others go above and beyond to help you. Their prices are very pricey compared to other retail places but they offer "discounts" if you get more than one pair. I only purchased here instead of other places like Costco because they do have a large selection and it was convenient and I have really great vision insurance. I recently lost a pair and called them to ask if they could offer any type of discount if I purchased the exact same glasses without insurance and they only offered a slight discount off the prescription and not the lenses. I ended up ordering from ezcontacts.com

Purchased a pair of eye glasses and sunglasses. When the came in, they were completely incorrect, backwards. It was going to be another 7 days before I got them. Clear lenses were in my Rayban Sunglasses, and the sunglasses lenses were in my eye glass frames. How can you get this wrong?! This is your one and only business! The Store initially tried to blame it on the lab. When I finally picked them up today, I go to find out as I was looking at the Order paper, they were actually ordered incorrectly by Lee. Nice job! Is there not a QA Process in place?! Is there no adult supervision?! I guess NOT! I knew I should have went back to my longstanding Eye Glass place. Again, no issues with the Optometrist

At no…read morepoint did Nelly advise me that I would have to purchase new lenses as they cannot simply add tint. My sister was with me at the time and confirmed that Nelly never told me. I picked up both of my glasses on 7-24-26. I was surprised to see that they replaced the lenses. Lee was assisting me and explained that new lenses had to be purchased for the lenses to be tinted. Those glasses were purchased from Costco one month prior. Had Nelly properly advised me, I would have simply taken that pair back to Costco. Jeremy, the manager simply said, you only paid $35 per lens. It's Actually $42.50 per lens per my receipt. I'm Very unhappy that Nelly was not upfront about it and Jeremy couldn't care less. My sister and I both had glasses to pick up and they required adjustments. I had two and I brought another pair to be adjusted. My sister had one pair of sunglasses and she brought another to be adjusted for a total of 5. Lee was adjusting my sister's sunglasses. She told Lee to go ahead and assist me because I was in there first. Lee said, he thought Jeremy was assisting me. We both said Jeremy left for lunch, leaving Lee to adjust everything himself. Lee apologized as he assumed Jeremy was assisting me. We asked where Tim, the manager was. Tim assisted my sister when she bought her sunglasses and he was very pleasant and helpful. Lee said Jeremy was a manager. He absolutely didn't seem like it. Why would he leave when both of us needed to have our glasses adjusted. Poor service from Nelly and Jeremy. Tim provided good service, but he wasn't there when we picked up our glasses. Lee provided great service, was very helpful, polite and apologetic. I'm a repeat customer but this is the first time experiencing poor service.

I see here because I have not had this experience at all and we've been coming for a while now. Also, if you read the reviews on Google, there are hundreds of outstanding raving reviews, just like mine Dr. Villa was absolutely amazing with my son and what we needed. My son was diagnosed legally blind at a very young age and with very specific Vision challenges. That said we've struggled finding Doctor Who fully understood the conditions and getting correct prescriptions, etc. We ended up with a challenging Vision education specialist at my son's school who required deep, explanations and documentation to fully understand what was needed for his IEP and for his ongoing education challenges. Dr. Villa went above and beyond for all of this. I cannot express just how extraordinary she is. In fact, I learned more from her about my son's challenges in just a few visits compared to years with other doctors and even vision therapists. On top of this, because we were under a deadline, she even took us before official office hours. I can honestly say that her help was not just above and beyond, but it was absolutely something that impacted my son's schooling forever. No more constant battles trying to explain to his teachers and vision specialist about his condition and no more struggle to get the correct prescriptions. She got everything sorted for us. She's an absolute angel and I'm so grateful we found her.
