Their equipment is state of the art! Their office is clean, orderly, and the entire staff is very professional. Their doctors are very kind, and take their time to explain their diagnosis, treatments, and other helpful suggestions. This may be why other reviewers complained about the long wait time, but it doesn't bother me - I'd rather wait my turn to spend good quality time with a doctor, than be rushed out the door. We will definitely be returning for our checkups.

In September 2022, I went to the emergency room in San Diego with pain. Since my insurance was MediExcel I told them I was going to hospital Excel. (The studies here found kidney stones and a large cyst on my ovary.) The condition of the emergency room was filthy, no privacy, and no coordination. The specialist said he could do nothing for my kidneys because the stones were too high up and hard to treat. They did schedule a surgery to remove my cyst. That was done October 14, 2022. There were complications, but they said it was successful, and I wouldn't have issues again. Last week, I had emergency surgery here in San Diego to remove a stone from blocking. The same day, I found out I grew another cyst and will need surgery again!!! I have spoken to the department heads, but they just cover up their mistakes. They like to use the words " there is no merit to your accusations." No one takes responsibility for anything. Since they are in Mexico, they know they're untouchable. I almost lost my life, I lost my career, and my family has gone through so much pain and torment. I will never be the same. IT'S ABOUT GREED, NOT PATIENT CARE!!
