However, after my most recent experience, I don't think I'll return. My manicure felt very rushed, even though I had an appointment rather than walking in. I initially selected four gel colors from the wall I was shown, but all of them were out of stock. I ended up having to choose new colors while my feet were already being soaked and worked on, which felt disorganized. Within just a few days, my gel manicure chipped, so I called to have it fixed. At first, they only offered appointment times during standard 8-5 work hours, either the same day or the next, which wasn't feasible for me. After some back-and-forth, the owner agreed to open 15 minutes early to accommodate me before my flight that weekend. While I appreciated the effort, the repair itself felt rushed--three nails were fixed in about five minutes. Overall, the experience felt hurried and inconvenient, which was disappointing given my previous visits.

As I walked in 5 minutes early every technician was being utilized and every waiting couch and seat spot taken. I was ordered to check in by phone number and after about 10 minutes, put in a pedicure chair. The male hastily filled it with freezing cold water and left me for 20 minutes. I refused to put my feet in and was about to get up to leave as I had an appointment they weren't honoring yet kept taking walk in customers. When he finally came over, I told him the water was ice cold and I'm not putting my feet in. It took 4 other coworkers to stop what they were doing, ask repeatedly why I didn't want pedicure? And finally someone helped make it clear the water was freezing. The pedicure itself was rushed and not great and I value my time more than the short walk there. Never again
