I booked an appointment for a basic manicure and arrived 5 minutes early- as I walked in I was asked if I had an appointment and I replied yes - the women 4 spoke amongst themselves in their language and all laughed in unisons. 2 more ladies came in for scheduled pedicures and received the same laughed at greeting. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be sat at a table and told the price was $10 more than the posted rate. They usually do a decent job, most of the time friendly, but not usually on time and always make you pay in cash; not a problem, I pay the high surcharge to use the ATM. I was in a pinch and needed some cash while I was at a business nextdoor. Stopped in to see if I could use their ATM. I was told it's for customers only. I explained that I've been going there on a regular basis for well over 2 years and consider myself a customer. A little kindness and understanding to a regular customer can go a long way. Will be looking for a new salon. I have been coming here for the last 6 months to get a dip...after taking off my acrylics and wanting to try it. Was very happy up until last week. I came in and asked for a french or frenchie white narrow tips with a pointed tip and arched white shape and showed her a picture of what I wanted . The nail tech agreed and told me the price. I agreed thinking I would get the pictured result. During the process she tried to up charge me twice and then told me it would be 5 dollars more to shape the tips as I wanted after I had showed the picture and we had agreed on price. She was very short with me when I said this was not the shape we agreed to and then the white was not how I wanted either. Much thicker and straight across with no arch. I was not pleased but when finished I did ask for next time how can I get this look and she said I would have to do a solid base with dip and then they would do gel polish to do the arched white frenchie tip. I paid by card and did not have what I wanted to tip so came back to give her a tip and then ask for my punch on the punch card and she said no because I paid with card. Nothing on the card says this and other times I have gotten the punch when paying by card. This is such poor treatment of customers and I want others to be aware to stick to the agreed upon price and do not tip if you do not get what you agreed upon and then take your business elsewhere. read more

I'm really disappointed in my nails today! I have been going here a few times and about a week in a half ago i went in with a friend and got a pedicure and a manicure. Service was okay not terrific my friend was unsatisfied with her mani and pedi with GiGi. Tina did okay on my nails. So I went back today to just get my nail polish redone to gel so it would stay on longer then regular polish. So I asked for a nail polish change. When she was done, she asked Cash or Card and I said how much is it she said $30, I said really $30 for a nail polish change with Gel. She said yes didn't explain anything she just had another worker come to me with there machine after I said card and she charged me. Unbelievable that she charged me for a full manicure and didn't do nothing but trim my nails with a file and put gel on my nails. Needless to say my friend and I will not go back there and I will tell my family members who also spend there money there my experience for them not to come back there again!!! Needed my nails done bad... I was very much overdue. Booked an appt over the phone the day before and showed up an hour before since we finished breakfast early. They sat me and my daughter down for a pedicure right away considering it wasn't busy on a Saturday. Kinda weird right? Well that's ok because we got seen an hour before. Of course after getting our pedicure we got our nails done. Place is a tiny bit disorganized, while I was getting my full set done the lady attending me kept getting up to attend other people after there was others that could've helped out the other customers. So my acrylic nails pretty much took 1.30. I was alittle upset. But they came out great I guess. My daughter loved her nails as she's not allowed to get real acrylic nails, so the guy attending to her made them look very real with gel polish. Place is very small, didn't seem clean to me and they got busy all they cared about was doing a half assed job and rushing you out. I had an appt I requested a callus remover didn't even get it nor was offered because they just rushed me out. No massage, did an awful job on polish and cut my nails so dang short. I really your experience varies depending who does your nails. The first time I got my nails done here (dip) they were beautiful and she did a fantastic job, but when I went last time, my experience was awful. The person doing my nails actually cut a chunk of my nail in the middle when trying to remove the dip. She proceeded to do my nails, and they turned out bumpy and all uneven. To top it off, the shellac top coat started to peel off the day after I got them done and my finger throbbed for three days straight. read more

Then she brought out the cuticle cutters which still had nail dust from the last client, and a black nail file that was now white because it was so full of nasty nail crap! I have been going here for years! Tony and Gigi are great! Watch out for Kim! She cares more for new clients than keeping her old ones I guess. She was Rude, rough and down right nasty tonight. 6 out of 10 of my fingers were bleeding, she blamed it on a new file. He said she was sorry for "my talking Mean" and then passed me off. All because of a mid understanding. I wanted pink and white, she said "French ok" I said yes.. I thought they were the same thing! I was in tears and bleeding before I left.. They did a manicure and pedicure in 1 hour. Great place. I got the deluxe pedicure, so worth it.

Very Poor service! Got there at 5pm for pedicures and one gel polish. We waited 20 minutes, soaked in water another 20 (water got cold) and then they rushed through. Scrubbed our feet for 10 seconds tops and then got polish on my skin. I asked for them to fix it so they pulled out a dremel tool and sanded my skin. They didn't file my daughters nails, and didn't touch her cuticles. Horrible service! My daughter had polish all over her hands and had to file her own nails when we got home. read more

I always come here for pedicures and they are great at them. I came in to get a fill, but this time I was greatly disappointed. I waited for almost an hour, which I didn't mind because I didn't have an appointment. The guy I had was really nice (he was the younger one) but did a horrible job shaping my nails and with the gel polish. The gel polish is very uneven and has dark spots where there isn't enough polish. I brought it up to him and he told me it's because the color is so light, but I've had this color before. The tips of my nails barely have any polish at all. He was just really horrible at applying polish. My nails are very uneven in length and shape too. I went to Nails plus yesterday ( 11/25/18) and Gi Gi did my pedicure. She did an excellent job! I had been going to a number of different nail places for the past 3 months only to find that they were shaping my toenails wrong causing me to get ingrown toenails. Fast forward to toeday ( haha) Gee Gee got the ingrown toenail out and I am feeling so much relief. I cannot express how much relief she gave me! She was a very hard and determined nail technician and was bound to get those two ingrown toenails out! Thank you GIGI!!!!!!!!!!! You are the best! I Will be back! Only reason I gave 4 or of 5 is that the lady who is in charge in the front was a little abrupt and cranky. Like she was getting burnt out from doing nails and providing customer service.
