Allana went to a different desk and returned with a two page instruction sheet on how to do the transfer . After 30 additional minutes and 5 other customers being helped in front of me I asked another employee to find Allana because I had questions mid-transfer of my phone information. I was told Allana left for the day. No emergency....her shift was done so she left. Never told another employee about me sitting at the table asking for help transferring data. Eventually a second employee answered some of my questions (he did this while continuing to help his current customer) but several of my questions never got answered due to the circumstances. Allana should be relieved of her Manager duties and pay. Maybe even fired. She obviously does not take the manager responsibilities seriously. And is a terrible role model for other employees.

Didn't realize I purchased the wrong bulbs - daylight - rather than warm. Went back and was told that I missed the 14 day window for a return. Just be warned, absolutely no exceptions. The kid working said I could just "buy new ones." I didn't. Will purchase from Lowe's or Menards going forward as they have a 90 day return policy and seem to be much more customer friendly.
