These guys specialise in pho - traditional Vietnamese noodle soup. I would fully recommend the chicken pho dishes and try and finish an XL! The service is not generally a strong point but some new waitresses are friendlier than what we are used to. Having tried only a few other dishes I stick strongly to pho as it is awesome!! Had a Pho Bao for a late lunch on Sunday The Pho (soup) was good and the (roasted) duck excellent. The noodles we're tasteless and so was the beef. But I ordered 2 portions of extra duck (Euro 1.5 each) and had a fest The waitress was efficient, but clearly didn't care about me or the other guests. Not bad Vietnam restaurant. Summer rolls are not so good but the pho and rise noodles were really good. What I like a lot that all extras goes separate with soup. I hate coriander and it was in my plate extra. So I can choose if I want to have it in my bowl. Service is ok. Prices are affordable. read more

Le Pho is definitely a good Vietnamese restaurant, with a simple and modern lay out. The chairs, tables and even the plates are in light green and white, which apparently are the colors of this local! The service is quite special: you order your food by filling out a sheet of paper and crossing in front of the dishes you wishes! then one of the waiters will come to your table and get it. The food itself isn't the best I had lol but it is tasty and fresh. They are well-known for their Pho, Vietnamese noodles soup that I haven't tried yet but everyone seemed to appreciate it -a lot! Plus the staff is friendly and always happy to help out (and they speak English!!) so it was all in all a very nice experience. Liked: Food seemed Fresh, service and food was fast, prices were fair (7.50 Euros for their medium pho which was largely enough, 2.90 for two Tofu summer rolls, mid size), colour scheme of light green and light wood worked, option at least in the summer to sit by the car (but its not horrible). Peanut sauce may even have been home made, and there are three size options for the Pho. Disliked: little hair in my summer roll, but I guess I may have ate enough hair in restaurants previously without realizing. Also, pho was not bad, but not specially exciting, could have had more beef and some fresh chilis on the side (and maybe I should have asked for more oyster sauce), noodles seems a bit unusual for pho. Did have a lime, sprouts and basil on the side though. Also, seems like they will charge you for tap water (big no no) We had a waiter and did not fill out any paper forms as review Audrey noted (did not even know that was an option). The interior was nice. I ordered a dish with coriander and asked that they shouldn't include it but my food came with a lot of coriander. Food was fresh but missing some flavor. I had to add hoisin sauce and chili just to give my dish more flavor. The waitress (an older asian woman) was very rude. Would not recommend. read more

I eat ungodly amounts of pho in the US. Imagine my delight when I discovered a pho place a mere 5 minutes from my dorm! The noodles are thicker than I've encountered but - who cares. They are generous with the meat, and all the fixings are there - basil, bean sprouts, lemon (although in Texas we have limes), sriracha... It was only 7.50 Euro for a medium bowl which is reasonable. Le Pho also has good spring rolls/peanut sauce. When I visited during the summer they had homemade teas for 3.90 and they were DELICIOUS. If they still have them, I heavily suggest you try one. c: read more

I have eaten Pho all over the USA and this is by far my favorite bowl of pho ever. Sizes are small, medium, and extra large. I got the medium Pho Ga and ate every last drop. The broth had a little different taste from what I am used to but that made it even better. I think the quality of the chicken meat was great. The noodles are the same texture but wider than the US pho which allowed for more of the broth to be absorbed. Loved the big wooden spoons. The waiter was super nice. Even told us about a bar around the corner. I would love to eat here again when I come back to visit. read more

How can Vietnamese food made by Chinese people? The taste is fine, the space is fine. But it has no Vietnamese feeling, no Vietnamese color! I tried Pho and the noodle is too tough/thick, the soup is "fat", If you really want to taste the real Vietnamese taste, I think you should find an original one, I mean VN food cooked by Vietnamese. Chinese can make something similar to our food but it can never have the same taste. I'm so disappointed! read more

Another decent lunch spot in the 6th district. They do have a lunch menu with bargain prices which includes an appetizer/main course combo. I enjoy their tofu stir fry lunch option but I am not a fan of their soups. Too bland. Love the glass noodle salad appetizer thou... I was quite shocked the last time I went when I was charged for the to-go containers for my leftovers! Is this becoming a thing?? Not a fan. Just moved to the neighborhood and I was so excited when I saw there was a pho place! I immediately went there for lunch and I was not disappointed. The service was lovely and quick and the food was delish! They even let me pay with a card even though I was under the 10€ min- so nice! I stumbled over this place on an early sunday afternoon because the nearby Indian restaurant we would had preferred was closing and I thought I had read a very positive review of le Pho in the papers sometime. The mind set on spicy "asian" food, we ordered as starters Goi Cuon, a roll with tofu and herbs accompanied by a peanut sauce, and Cha Gio, the Vietnamese-type spring roll, which were nice bites, the latter beating the classic Chinese spring roll by far. Then my lady went with Pho Chay, a vegetarian noodle soup, which was simply boring and utterly uninspired. I chose Pho Xao with chicken and shrimps, which despite the name is not a soup, but fried rice noodles. This was okay, but not very different from any chicken-with-noodles-box for 3,90 from the next take away. The service was a bit slow, but otherwise very acceptable. It struck me as childishly greedy, though, that the charged 0,50 for a glass of tap water; a big one would have cost 0,90. Overall prices are ok, though. In the end we weren't half satisfied: Neither was anything better than "nice" or "okay" and some downright disappointing, nor was it enough food to quench our hunger. I'm used to the fact, that any main order in a Chinese place fills you up quite nicely, so after two meals still feeling hungry another point was cut of in my review of this place. The Kokos-Mango-Mousse we shared in the end couldn't change that, although this was probably the best dish le Pho had served us this day. read more

Soooooooo impressed!!!!! My husband and I are in Vienna for our honeymoon and staying at an AirBnB about a 3 min walk away from the restaurant. Our host recommended this place and for good reason! The broth is delicious!!! For us LA residents who are surrounded by pho shops, we know our pho and this place is LEGIT. Don't be fooled if you don't see any patrons in the restaurant... most locals are having their food delivered via Foodora (think Uber Eats on bicycles)! There was ALWAYS at least one Foodora biker waiting to pick up food. At one point, there were four bikers waiting. If you're in Vienna craving really, I mean REALLY, good pho, come here!! read more

I've eaten a lot of Pho and this restaurant was one of the worst. Very minimal fixings (literally two flakes of cilantro) and 1/2 a slice of lemon for a whole bowl. After seeing previous reviews of this place, I had to check this place out. I especially had a craving for pho that afternoon, so I was looking forward to going there. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. The service was good and the people were friendly, but the pho itself was mediocre at best. Unlike other pho places which I have eaten at, this pho could have easily been mistaken for an instant soup mix. Maybe it wasn't, but it sure tasted something like that. It didn't have much flavor, quite bland and light, lacking the richness of other pho broths I had tasted before. You would have had to add your own chili oil and/or even some additional fish sauce just to give this pho at least a little bit of a kick. I also had the spring rolls as an appetizer, which were actually quite OK, but nothing spectacular. Had the lunch special beefy pho. The pho is nothing special, but not bad either. Sliced hot peppers didn't come with the side plate of veggies, which I have come to expect from other places I have been. They also give lemon instead of lime. Nuoc nam was fine, but could have had some chili, carrots and maybe some lime thrown in. But, I realize that this list is probably a result of my own bias and I would have given 4 stars, except the coffee...it wasn't very good at all.
