We started with the obligatory mimosa (for the basic b in us) after a complimentary cup of maple syrup drizzled fruit. We followed that with an outright divine 8-hour braised ham grilled cheese that knocked our snow-filled socks off and smoked salmon between an English muffin and hollandaise topped eggs bendict we couldn't get enough of.
