It was very easy. Everyone here is very professional. Kim did my hair. Her hair is amazing so I was feeling very secure. I got just a blowout here and her shampoo was amazing. The Paul Mitchell tea tree was amazing. I had way too much Diet Coke and was talking like a mad person and she just rolled with it, she was very cool. I got a FABULOUS blowout and was so happy. My hair is very curly and very dry. It needs lots of moisture and conditioner. I'm not sure what Lauren chose, but it was the most ideal shampoo and conditioner for my hair. She's very patient, she does not mind if you tell her what works best for you, she's very serious about her work, but has a nice sense of humor. I really loved the blowout she did. My hair came out perfectly and I am incredibly particular about my hair. She understood everything I wanted and gave it to me. I will say, for the uninitiated like me, I am not from Massachusetts so I'm not familiar with paying for parking, it is metered and you can do it on your phone. I have since lived in Santa Fe, and the Boston area, and have only gone to very expensive salons to meet the standards of what I had in California. I have not found it until now. Since the pandemic I have been doing my own highlights, and 2 days before being in a wedding I messed my hair up royally with bleach. I called them with one day to spare with blotches all over my head, and they squeezed me in with Sarah without time for a consultation to help me fix it before the wedding. There wasn't even an appointment open, but they stepped up to help and made time for me. Without an official appointment, this was supposed to be a "quick fix", but It's probably the best highlights job I've ever had. Sarah is an absolute magician. She is incredible! Trust me, if you could see the before pictures, you would be amazed. It was bad. Like really bad. Thank you Sarah! The additional point I want to make about this place is the glowing and wonderful energy of the salon. It's so vibrant, and everyone is so nice.
