Here's the not so good: My technician was proficient but rough. When doing my cuticles she was pulling not cutting. My gel mani was applied quickly and not exactly clean. Biggest peeve, when manicurists use their nails to remove polish on my sick! Yuck. Use the nail stick with acetone, don't scrape my skin. There are plenty of technicians, mostly older, who all spoke English but chose not to engage with the customers. Not a welcoming inviting place. Not even water was offered to me or any of the customers that came in after me.

Very rude personnel highly any nail polish color. Be careful....Never again

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more The pricing was confusing from the beginning, and after my visit I can honestly say an $80 pedicure was nowhere near worth the cost. While the massage chairs were very comfortable, the customer service left me feeling unwelcome from start to finish. My friend was offered water or tea, but I wasn't offered anything. What concerned me even more was that the technician came to perform my pedicure wearing the same gloves she had just used during a waxing service. There was still wax and cotton stuck to her glove. When I pointed it out, she initially tried to ignore my concern. I had to insist before she finally changed her gloves, and she did so with a noticeable attitude. Basic hygiene should never be something a customer has to request. Things became even more uncomfortable when it was time to pay. I was first told my total was $88. When I questioned it, the technician quickly changed it to $77 without any explanation. That immediately made me question the pricing and whether I was being charged correctly. I was so disappointed with the service that I left only a $3 tip. When I asked for my receipt, it was handed to me crumpled up to the point that I could barely read it. Again, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff simply by asking for a receipt. As an African American woman with a darker complexion, I left feeling like I was treated differently than other customers. I can't say for certain that race was the reason, but it is genuinely how the experience made me feel. No customer should leave a business feeling unwelcome, dismissed, or concerned about whether they were charged fairly. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their race. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I won't be returning. I have attached my balled up receipt.

On my last visit, I brought my daughter with me. We weren't given a choice about the type of pedicure, usually they give you a menu. I decided to switch to a regular pedicure this time since I was already getting a gel manicure for my birthday, and my daughter was getting a pedi and gel mani for her homecoming dance. Altogether, we were spending quite a bit of money, so I expected good service. Unfortunately, my pedicure turned out terrible. The polish looked rushed, had almost no shine from the start, and started chipping within a week. My nail tech also filed my fingernails unevenly -- even after I asked her to fix them, they ended up much shorter than I wanted. My daughter liked her gel manicure, but her regular pedicure was also just okay. I can't help but feel like they put little effort into the regular pedis because they want customers to upgrade to gel. Overall, I left disappointed and out over $200. We'll be finding another salon next time.
