The broth is also much lighter, almost like a southern style. The bun Bo hue was ok. Tbh, it was a bit light in flavor, and there was really just a little spice in it that carried it. Otherwise, I wouldn't get it again. Overall, the spot is good, but the flavors just weren't quite there for me.
