It came with two sides from the cold case, beans, corn, pickles, and a drink. I ordered the brisket and ham sandwich, which also included two sides, beans, corn, homemade pickles, and a drink. The prices were very reasonable. After selecting our sides, we grabbed a small plate of beans, corn, and homemade pickles and found a seat in the second dining room. The restaurant has a large community table in the front room along with additional seating in the other rooms. Before our main dishes even arrived, we were impressed. The beans and corn had excellent flavor, and I was tempted to go back for more. When our meals arrived, they looked absolutely amazing. My wife's ribs were huge, tender, and practically falling off the bone. Her brisket looked moist and perfectly smoked. My brisket and ham sandwich was piled high and looked just as good. I was disappointed they had sold out of the bologna, but after trying the ham, I quickly got over it. Neat, shiny, no food on the floor, no BBQ sauce smeared on the walls or edges of the tables. Maybe we've just had really bad luck with BBQ places in our nearly two years of full-time RV travel, but this little place was an outstanding find! The salad bar looked well-stocked, and the menu options are plentiful (see photos). We got unsweet iced tea that actually tasted like tea and was clear instead of cloudy! Holy crap! For appetizers we chose onion rings (very good, especially with the house sweet & zesty sauce) and BBQ wings with blue cheese dipping sauce (extremely satisfying). Either one would have been enough for a meal. The main event, though, was the rib combo with sliced brisket (sides were slaw and scalloped potatoes), and the ranch broccoli super spud. The ribs were what every rib joint promises but most don't deliver: the meat fell off the bone and was just perfect. The spud was indeed super: it was massive, had tons of broccoli, loads of sour cream, and the green onions gave it the perfect little kick of flavor. We couldn't finish our entrees, so we took the leftovers home. The service (ERICA, we're talking about YOU!) was absolutely stellar! Erica was so prompt, so cheerful. An absolute delight! She checked on us frequently, delivered our food with a smile, and was a really big part of why we enjoyed our visit to Two Brothers as much as we did. Because the restaurant was so clean and neat, because the food was so good, and because the service was top notch, we hope to go back one more time before we light out on the road again in a few days. Thank you Two Brothers!

We explained our situation and why we were trying to order a smaller meal for her, but Desiree simply reiterated the restaurant's policy and told us we would have to order a regular menu item. When we asked Desiree for her name, her response was again rude and dismissive. Rather than showing any understanding of the situation, she reiterated the policy and told us that she was writing a note for her manager about the interaction. Given the way the situation was handled, this felt less like an effort to address our concerns and more like an attempt to document the situation from her perspective before we had an opportunity to speak with management ourselves. We understand that restaurants have policies, and we were not asking for the policy to be changed. However, there are ways to communicate a policy with compassion and tact, especially when a customer explains that they are dealing with a serious health situation. We were simply trying to find an appropriate amount of food for someone going through cancer treatment. Desiree's approach felt rude, insulting, and completely lacking in compassion. The food itself was excellent, and the other staff members were helpful, but this interaction significantly impacted our experience. A little kindness, understanding, and professionalism would have made a big difference.
