There are two levels though -- ground floor and second floor, so it's definitely bigger than its 37m2 namesake with enough seats. I've never had the bubble tea here, but the Taiwanese food they serve is very good. The boeuf mijoté is perfectly tender and spiced, and the side dishes in the bento helps balance out the saltier, stronger flavors of the beef. I also recommend the popcorn chicken. The food does tend to be on the saltier side, so be prepared with lots of water or ask for extra rice.

Their teas are brewed fresh and the boba has the perfect consistency of chewiness and firmness. You can also adjust your sugar and ice levels. I highly recommend getting the lowest amount of sugar. Service is quick and drinks come out fast. The shop is very clean and modern but with limited seating. My only complaint is that one time my cup was full of ice when I ordered light ice. I barely had any drink in my cup.
