The buffer they used on my nail was used on other people as was the nail file. In the previous places mentioned they always use a new file, buffer and cuticle stick that they then give you to take home for sanitary purposes. I also saw them place it back in the drawer, maybe at least spray it with rubbing alcohol or something. My nails did look good. The only huge downfall for me was the materials used on other strangers.

It's been almost a mon weeks now, and my acrylics are still holding strong with no lifting, chipping, or breaks, even though I work with my hands every day lifting heavy boxes and totes.
