In the previous places mentioned they always use a new file, buffer and cuticle stick that they then give you to take home for sanitary purposes. I also saw them place it back in the drawer, maybe at least spray it with rubbing alcohol or something. My nails did look good. The only huge downfall for me was the materials used on other strangers.

My nail tech, Jenny, went above and beyond with my set - she absolutely nailed it. It's been almost a mon weeks now, and my acrylics are still holding strong with no lifting, chipping, or breaks, even though I work with my hands every day lifting heavy boxes and totes. A big thank-you as well to the gentleman who helped with the gold foil - he was so patient and detail-oriented. Everyone here truly takes their time and cares about their work.
