I had the cheeseburger combo ($10.75) which was a cheeseburger, small fries and a can of pop. The cheeseburger was pretty small. However, you can add toppings like fried mushrooms and fried onions for free. I got both those and also lettuce and tomatoes (also free). The burger tasted good, it was just really small. The fries are also a small portion and I felt they were just ok. They smelled really good, but didn't really taste like anything special to me. However, they may have gotten soft during my drive since they were in a covered container. Maybe they were crispier when fresh. I will give this place another chance by eating there next time, so I can taste how the food is when it's freshly made. I like that the bun is plain and doesn't have seeds on it. I got the regular bun, but they also have gluten-free buns. The staff working there were nice. And I had to say the whole double decker bus thing I find really cool.

Delicious I got the Italian hero sandwich and the wife got the turkey pesto and we shared a regular fry and a dip. Both sandwiches were amazing. Great portion size and deeply flavourful. Like I mentioned we got the regular fry and the bag was basically overflowing with fries. The first were chunky fresh cut and seasoned perfectly. Like a lot of the reviews have stated this place is more of a to go location and to be honest that's more than okay. The owners definitely know the meaning of value for money. We were seated and greeted quickly, our beverages came out quickly, we ordered our breakfasts, and then we waited... and waited... and waited. I could see the kitchen pickup area from my seat, and I saw meals come out pretty slowly, maybe 1 or 2 at a time. These were delivered to tables as they came out, but I never any table get all of their meals at the same time. After about a 30 minute wait, when our waitress came over for refills (thankfully), she said our meals would come out "shortly." This wound up being more than 15 minutes more, and during that time she never came back over to us with updates or made eye contact. Once our meals did arrive, my meal was piping hot, but the other meal was lukewarm. I did see several other orders of my meal come up on the serving counter. It is possible that the kitchen was backed up, because customers seated after us got their meals in a much shorter amount of time. More likely, something happened to my order - possibly wrong or mis-delivered - and a backup order was needed. All the waitresses here were very young, and maybe they were not comfortable giving unpleasant updates about a meal problem. Personally, I would have preferred an update (I worked in restaurants years ago, I understand these things happen). SImply avoiding updates is, to me, a worse thing. Apart from meal #2 being lukewarm, everything else about our meals was good, quite enjoyable and filling. When we got our bill, I noticed that I was charged for coffee, even though the menu specifically said coffee was included. The waitress did not realize it was included, apologized, and corrected it. But there is no apparent rhyme or reason as to why certain menu items include free coffee or tea and others do not. It's located in an industrial park just off Clyde. So their signage says "home of the bulgogi hoagie." I love beef bulgogi, so I went in with the intentions of getting that, but I discovered that the meat is marinaded not only in sesame oil (which I can eat), but also in sesame seeds (which I can't eat), so I could not experience their bulgogi hoagie :( and had to order something else. I settled on the fish tacos ($8) with a side garden salad (the menu said $4, but I was charged $4.25, and I wasn't going to quibble over a quarter, lol). I got 2 tacos and they were 2 large pieces of pan-fried white fish on top of iceberg lettuce and diced tomatoes in a soft flour tortilla. I liked that the sour cream and salsa automatically came on the side because I hate it when places drench food in sour cream and sauces. The tacos were fine, but they lacked oomph. The fish was seasoned and wasn't bland, but there just wasn't any flavourful kick to it. As the expression goes, they weren't anything to write home about. I did appreciate that the fish wasn't oily/greasy though. So anyone who knows me knows that I look upon iceberg lettuce with great disdain. I feel that iceberg lettuce is a cheapy filler lettuce, and I much prefer a real spring/mesclun mix, or arugula, kale and/or spinach. I would even begrudgingly settle for romaine lettuce. So I was really disappointed that the salad that I received was mostly iceberg lettuce (3 simultaneous sad faces!). It did have some cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled beets, and green onions as well, and the vegetables were fresh, but I was still disappointed. I was trying to be healthy, but I should have just gotten the fries, haha. Service was very friendly and efficient. Decor is typical diner.
