These were the only whelk of the trip that had sand in them. And, service was underwhelming. I think a party seated after us was served drinks first and I had to walk to the bar to ask for my check. There, I was ignored until I said something. Then, I asked if I should pay at the bar and they replied, "If you want." They clearly were not ashamed that I was compelled to seek out my check on foot. It was just poor service for a $$$ place. Though, the fois gras pate and smoked scallops were quite good. There are so many other great seafood places in Paris; I wouldn't recommend this one.

We also had the shrimp roll, a delectable sea bass ceviche, a bowl of tiny mussels in curry broth that was just SO delicious and a whole pan fried sea bream atop a thin cushion of pea purée and topped with red cabbage & carrot. Everything was superb and our server was swift and smiling throughout the evening. The restaurant itself is small & charming with a simple rustic feel. We felt it was undiscovered but it's likely it was just a slow night on a drizzly evening. I'd certainly recommend a visit!

Cute little place!…read more Tiny place, fresh shellfish and friendly owner! What else could you want. It's a cute and super small spot for that shellfish craves you'll have. Their oysters are kind of amazing. Pair it with bubbles! Viola. It's your perfect meal. Definitely help beating the wind and cold in this crazy winter!! They don't open till 6:30 pm or so though. So make sure you check first! It is also a tiny spot! If you are not careful, you can miss it entirely. So watch out! Look for oyster stand/ boxes outside and you'll be set. Good place to come unwind after that somewhat famous basilica near by. You know the one on the top of Paris with amazing view? The one you can sit and watch the city?
