I unfortunately was a bride at Stone Creek this past Saturday And if I could only tell y'all everything that went wrong. The owner is going to say that I had a breach in the contract and that she fulfilled everything that she was supposed to, but we did not get our halo light. We had the biggest package they did not honor the hours for our open bar. They did not provide us with a cake cutting set, a garter, or champagne glasses. I'm not even sure they're going to be willing to give us our photos from our Photo Booth anymore. They did not even mention the access to the TVs for the slideshow they said they were not supposed to do cleanup in the Contractor state that they were in fact supposed to do the cleanup. We bought the biggest package that covered all of these things so we would not have to stress about it and it was the biggest burden we have had to deal with. The entire wedding itself was so chaotic. The staff was rude. They were dressed unprofessional when I asked to meet with the owner so we can get this resolved. She told me she would not be setting a meeting with me unless I paid her $960. because they personally counted that I had far more guests than I had stated. We did not get our deposit back I had made a social media post about my experience and she started to disrespect my family and friends that were commenting on the post and made very disgraceful comments. This all could have been avoided if she would've had a little bit of compassion and understanding of the things that we did not get in our package, but instead we were faced with disrespect and Them claiming that they've done nothing wrong. I do believe we are all human and make mistakes and being professional goes a long way. If we would've had a chance to sit down and discuss our differences, I know that the outcome would have been completely different, but she has disrespected my family and I and it was not worth the $10,000 that I spent on the building alone. I hope they can learn and grow from how terribly they handled this entire situation. The venue has so much potential, but with the wrong owners, I don't see how people will want to book and not feel taken care of on one of the biggest days of their life.

John could not have been more professional, accommodating and helpful as I described what I was looking for and he handled everything so wonderfully and graciously. I was very impressed with the venue upon arrival and the setup was just as beautiful as described to me and super clean! Our reserved space was very spacious with the tables laid out and still room to walk around without bumping into others. We had a buffet setup in the hallway so attendees were also able to view the beautiful artwork displayed along the foyer. Very nice! John also made sure to check on us to ensure all was well. That was nice and I was able to relax without having to run around for last minute fixes. Our time here was worth every penny and I will make sure to reach out to this venue first and recommend others to book their events with John's help. You will not be disappointed.
