Cut a piece of foie gras with the brioche, and eat it together with the bacon bits and creamy corn. -le pate chinois (Quebec shepperd's pie) 5 - this was better than the meat pie. The braised beef was tender. It was delicious when you eat the beef with the mashed potatoes and creamy corn. This one is worth getting. -la tourtiere facon buche (Quebec meat pie) 3.5 - it has Quebec duck, Nagano pork, and AAA beef together in the pie. I wasn't loving it.
