The bouillabaisse was perfect - scallop beautifully done. The roasted quail was also very good. All the garnishes and sauces complement perfectly. The foie gras with the super crispy bread was excellent. Even the sherbet for palette cleansing was superb. The scallop main course in mushroom sauce was an art. The food was ok. I had the salmon tataki which was AMAZING. For the main, I had the salmon tartare, which was ok. There was a guacamole on top of it, that had a taste of purée arugula which tasted horribly after 4 bites. I ended up wiping it off and eating the salmon, but it wasn't that great.
