I came to "Le Boating Club" for a work related X-mas supper on a Friday night (table of 12). Overall, I enjoyed my experience. Service all night long was exceptional. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and consistently delivered all night long. I always expect service to be impacted when going to a resto with a group of significant size but I'd be glad to report they had no issues. We had a variety of dishes and they were all good. Nothing really stood out for me to be amazing but they were all enjoyable. I had 3 pear cocktails, they however were delicious! Le Boating Club has a huge bar and the bar scene starts to happen pretty early, as of 9 PM the bar was 5 bodies deep everywhere with ladies and gents chatting/flirting it up hard core. Some of the ladies here are coming in dressed for seduction, so gentlemen, mark your engines. A few cons : - Parking is a nuisance, very small and they have a valet. - As the bar picks up, it gets VERY LOUD. You can barely hear anything distinct a few feet from you. Nice place. Will be back one day for breakfast.

Went to Le boating club for a birthday supper with some friends. We started with the burrata and tuna tartar which were really palatable. Then had the mushroom gnocch, jerk chicken, and braised beef were very tasty but a little too salty. We had the passion fruit and chocolate mousse with with Churro balls which I found underwhelming. Over all loved the experience but won't be quick to come back.

Wow, really impressed with this place. Felt like I was downtown and didn't even have to leave Laval. Great food, drinks and atmosphere on a Saturday night. We had a set menu for $40/prs and the food didn't stop coming! Highly recommended.

Went for brunch. Very good food and service. Nice cabin feel upstairs. Liked the yogurt starter with fresh berries. Will definitely return.

(1 Star - honestly would give 0 if I could)…read more Extremely disappointing experience at L'Oeufrier - 1970 Boulevard Le Corbusier, Laval, QC H7S 2K1. When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy at all, yet we waited 10-15 minutes to be seated despite plenty of available tables. There was no proper greeting. Instead of being guided to a table, a waitress simply pointed from across the room and said, "Sit here." Not welcoming or professional at all. Once seated, we weren't offered water, coffee, or even acknowledged for another 20 minutes. We had to ask multiple times just to receive basic drinks -- coffee, water, and lemonade -- and even then, they were brought very slowly. It genuinely felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by being there. After finally placing our order, we waited about 30 minutes for our food. During that time, employees were sitting right next to us eating their own meals. I completely understand that staff members need breaks -- that's normal and reasonable. However, eating in the dining area directly beside paying customers, while talking loudly, using inappropriate language, and openly counting and flashing tip money, is extremely unprofessional. They made eye contact with us several times while we were clearly still waiting for service. It felt dismissive and uncomfortable. If staff are taking breaks or discussing tips and personal matters, that should be done in the back, not beside customers who are waiting to be served. The staff never checked on us once to ask if everything was okay. The food itself was mediocre at best. On top of everything, we were charged for a regular coffee, which many breakfast restaurants include with a meal. Overall, the service was slow, disorganized, and highly unprofessional. We did not leave a tip because the service simply did not warrant one. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.

Passport and signature required. Its a byow and they don't allow hard drinks, no vodka based drinks. Their menu is limited to pasta and pizza though there are couple of veal and parm dishes. We liked the primavera pasta and the bolognese was spot on. In summer they double their capacity with a terrace. Nice find for simple reasonably priced food.
