Fabulous meal, service was great, a little slow for a New Yorker, but normal for France....patience is a virtue in this country. We heard rave reviews from people to try this place, wanting to go last night to one of our favorite places we found out that it was closed, however we spotted the owner of that place eating here - a good sign. We ordered some appetizers....a steamed dumpling dish, chicken satay and a papaya salad. The dumplings were perfect, chicken satay was a tad dry and peanut sauce was quite good, but the papaya salad was off the hook....it was divine with a bit of spice kick to it. I loved it. My entree, the shrimp red curry was the best I have eaten, loaded with shrimp and the sauce...divine, spicy, creamy. I loved it. I cant wait to go back and have it again. The other things I tasted were the dorrad fish, filleted, perfect and it came with a side of a noodle dish that was so fresh and good. My friends pad thai, she ate every drop, but I cant vouch for the flavor myself. The restaurant was packed, the servers, husband and wife were friendly and attentive. The prices are fine, the average entree was about 16 euros, they have lunch specials as well. It is closed on Sundays and Monday lunch. read more
