The worst part was every store I went to had awful customer service or literally not a single thing I wanted. I was desperate and worried I'd never get new glasses. Eight months into my search I finally found 312. First impression was good - Andrew, the owner, was helping other customers but still greeted us with a "hello", more than I could say for some other stores. The products are way more artistic and beautiful than run of the mill, and he helped identify what I liked and didn't, and was patient with me as I ended up coming in over 5 times to try things on!! Customer service never wavered and he was always honest and up front if something didn't look right or if he thought I'd regret it. Icing on the cake was a trunk sale with all the colours of Andy Wolf glasses, so I could see what they all looked like - that including Prosecco and Lindt chocolate! My glasses were expensive but so were many I looked at that were less impressive. Thanks to Andrew for his patience and he definitely made a lifetime customer out of me! I'd even go there for eye exams because the atmosphere is so welcoming and chill.

I love that their glasses frames are made from recycled materials, as I love to see companies that are making an effort to be more environmentally conscious! Richard demonstrated to me how the glasses are flexible and durable, so they shouldn't be easy to break. Even though the frames are all the same shape (but still available in different sizes to fit you) I believe this is what helps make their pricing so affordable overall compared to other glasses I've gotten elsewhere. FYI their prices start at only $49 including both the frames & the prescription lenses! The frames come in a variety of nice colours, so there's lots to choose from. (Some of them were translucent plastic colours, which reminded me of the original iMacs or the N64 funtastic colour consoles!) I think it's a cool concept to have lots of interchangeable colour arms for the frames, so you can mix & match them to change up your style!
